A customer 360 from 2Checkout billing and HubSpot CRM
For support teams who ask their AI assistant to pull subscriptions, contact status, tickets and deals for one customer email.

The problem
Half the customer story sits in another tab
Answering one customer question means switching between the 2Checkout billing console and HubSpot. An open ticket, an expired subscription or a lifecycle stage that no longer fits their billing is easy to overlook.
Without PopdockAI
- Look up the customer and subscriptions in 2Checkout
- Search HubSpot for the contact, tickets and deals
- Compare names and companies by eye
- Miss the open ticket or the expired plan
With PopdockAI
- Billing read from 2Checkout by email
- Contact, tickets and deals read from HubSpot
- Stops and lists duplicates when contacts share the email
- Conflicts flagged, nothing edited

**Objective:** Build a single view of the customer with email `{email}` from 2Checkout billing data and HubSpot CRM data, showing at most `{max-records}` rows per list (default 10).
**Step 1: Billing facts from 2Checkout**
Call `2checkout-get-customer` with `email` set to `{email}`. Keep `customer-reference`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `company`, `enabled`, `credit-limit` and `credit-remaining`. Then call `2checkout-get-subscription` with `end-user-email` set to `{email}` and keep `subscription-reference`, `product-name`, `status`, `start-date` and `expiration-date`. If the customer is not found, continue with the subscriptions alone.
**Step 2: The contact in HubSpot**
Call `hubspot-get-contacts` with `email` set to `{email}`. If more than one contact comes back, list them and stop. If none comes back, report the customer as present in 2Checkout and absent from HubSpot and skip Steps 3 and 4. Keep `record-id`, `company-id`, `lifecycle-stage`, `lead-status`, `contact-owner` and `last-activity-date`.
**Step 3: Support and sales context from HubSpot**
Call `hubspot-get-tickets` with `contact-id` set to the contact `record-id` and list `ticket-name`, `ticket-status`, `priority` and `create-date`. If `company-id` is present, call `hubspot-get-deals` with `company-id` set to it and list `deal-name`, `deal-stage-name`, `amount` and `close-date`.
**Step 4: Report**
Give: identity (name, company, email), billing (subscriptions and their status and expiry), CRM (lifecycle stage, lead status, owner, last activity), open tickets and open deals. Finish with one line flagging any conflict, for example an active subscription on a contact whose lifecycle stage is not customer.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start with 2checkout belong to the 2checkout server and tools whose names start with hubspot belong to the HubSpot server. Both servers must be connected.
* The shared key is the email address: 2checkout `email` / `end-user-email` against HubSpot `email`. Compare emails case-insensitively after trimming spaces.
* This is read-only. Never call any 2checkout action tool (any 2checkout tool that adds, updates, cancels, refunds, enables, disables, renews or extends) and never call `hubspot-add-contact`, `hubspot-update-contact`, `hubspot-add-company`, `hubspot-update-company`, `hubspot-add-deal`, `hubspot-update-deal`, `hubspot-add-deal-note`, `hubspot-add-contact-note`, `hubspot-add-company-note`, `hubspot-add-ticket`, `hubspot-update-ticket` or `hubspot-add-ticket-note`.
**Validation:**
* If neither system knows the email, say so and stop.
* If the two systems disagree on name or company, show both values and do not choose.Who it's for

How it works
What PopdockAI does when you ask
You give an email and your AI assistant reads 2Checkout and HubSpot together. If several HubSpot contacts share the email it stops and lists them instead of picking one.

Ask
You give the customer email address.
02
Billing
It reads the customer and subscriptions in 2Checkout.
03
CRM
It finds the HubSpot contact, then their tickets and the company's deals, and stops if contacts are duplicated.
