Brief reps on a Salesforce account's 2Checkout billing before renewals
For sales teams who ask their AI assistant to match a Salesforce account's contacts to 2Checkout subscriptions and open opportunities.

The problem
Renewal calls without knowing what is about to expire
Before a renewal call a rep checks Salesforce for the account and contacts, then looks each contact up in 2Checkout. A subscription close to expiry with no open opportunity is easy to miss, and contacts with no billing record go unnoticed.
Without PopdockAI
- Open the Salesforce account and list its contacts
- Search 2Checkout for each contact email
- Note expiry dates by hand
- Miss expiring plans with no opportunity behind them
With PopdockAI
- Account and contacts read from Salesforce
- Contacts matched to 2Checkout customers by email
- Expiring subscriptions highlighted for your window
- Risks and openings listed, nothing changed

**Objective:** Brief a salesperson on the 2Checkout billing position of the Salesforce account named `{account-name}`, together with its open opportunities, looking at subscriptions expiring within `{days-ahead}` days (default 60).
This prompt needs both servers connected: salesforce (tools whose names start with salesforce-) and 2checkout (tools whose names start with 2checkout-).
**Step 1: Find the account**
Call `salesforce-get-account` (salesforce server) with `name` set to `{account-name}`; if nothing matches, retry with `name.contains`. If more than one account matches, list them and stop.
**Step 2: Find its people**
Call `salesforce-get-contact` (salesforce server) with the account's id as `account-id`. Keep each contact's email.
**Step 3: Find their billing records**
For each contact email, call `2checkout-get-customer` (2checkout server) with `email`. For each customer found, call `2checkout-get-subscription` (2checkout server) with the customer's reference as `customer-reference`. Note status and expiration date for each subscription. Contacts with no 2Checkout customer are reported as having no billing record.
**Step 4: Find the open opportunities**
Call `salesforce-get-opportunity` (salesforce server) with `account-id` and `closed` set to false.
**Step 5: Report**
Give: the account summary; a table of subscriptions (product, status, expiration date, owning contact); the subset expiring within the window; the open opportunities (name, stage, amount, close date); and a short list of risks or openings, such as an expiring subscription with no open opportunity.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Salesforce tools are on the salesforce server; 2Checkout tools are on the 2checkout server.
* Read-only. Never call any Salesforce add or update tool or any 2checkout write tool.
**Validation:**
* If no contact has a 2Checkout match, say so and still report the Salesforce side.
* Treat emails as the join key and compare them case-insensitively.Who it's for
