The problem

CRM workload hides the tasks people carry elsewhere

Judging workload from Attio alone misses the personal tasks someone keeps in TickTick. A person who looks free in the CRM can have a packed week, so overload goes unnoticed until something slips.

Without PopdockAI

  • Filter Attio for one owner's deals and tasks
  • Ask them what else is on their TickTick list
  • Lay both out by day in a spreadsheet
  • Find the overloaded day after it has passed

With PopdockAI

  • Open Attio deals and tasks are read for the owner
  • Their TickTick tasks are added with the source marked
  • Everything is laid out day by day, with undated items listed
  • Days with more than 5 items are flagged

Prompt
**Objective:** Show everything `{owner}` has open across Attio and TickTick for the next `{days-ahead}` days (default 14), and flag days that are overloaded. Read-only.

**Step 1: Attio side**

Call `attio-get-record-deals` (Attio server) with `deal-owner.contains` set to `{owner}` and keep the open deals. Call `attio-get-task` (Attio server) with `assignees.contains` set to `{owner}`, `completed` set to false and `deadline.to` set to today plus `{days-ahead}` days.

**Step 2: TickTick side**

Call `ticktick-get-tasks` (TickTick server) with `assignee` set to `{owner}` and `due-date.to` set to today plus `{days-ahead}` days. If that returns nothing, retry without `assignee`, and state that the result is for the connected TickTick account rather than the named owner. The owner name and the TickTick username may differ; say which you used.

**Step 3: Report**

A day-by-day list merging Attio task deadlines and TickTick due dates, with the source tagged on each line. Then open deals with their stage and value. Then overdue items from either side. Flag any day with more than 5 items.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `attio-get-record-deals` and `attio-get-task` are on Attio; `ticktick-get-tasks` is on TickTick.
* Do NOT call any write tool on either server.

**Validation:**

* If the owner matches nothing in Attio, say so and still report TickTick.
* Items with no date go in an "undated" group at the end.
