The problem

Last week in the CRM takes an hour to read

Finding out what happened in Attio last week means opening notes, meetings and comments one by one and counting them yourself. Decisions and open questions sit inside long notes, so leaders either skim and miss them or lose an hour.

Without PopdockAI

  • Open notes, meetings and comments one at a time
  • Count activity per person by hand
  • Read long notes to find decisions and open questions
  • Miss the follow up buried in a comment

With PopdockAI

  • Notes, meetings, comments and new deals are read for the period
  • Activity is grouped by day and counted per person
  • Decisions, commitments and open questions are pulled out
  • Empty or capped sources are reported

Prompt
**Objective:** Summarize what happened in Attio over the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 7), optionally for the record named `{record-name}`.

**Step 1: Collect activity**

Work out the start date as today minus `{lookback-days}` days. Then call:

* `attio-get-note` with `created-at.from` set to the start date.
* `attio-get-meeting` with `start.from` set to the start date.
* `attio-get-comment` with `created-at.from` set to the start date.
* `attio-get-record-deals` with `created-at.from` set to the start date, for new deals.

If `{record-name}` is given, narrow notes with `parent-record.contains` and comments with `record.contains`, and meetings with `title.contains`. Set `max-records` to 100 on each call.

**Step 2: Summarize**

* Group by day, newest first.
* Pull out decisions, commitments and open questions from note and comment content.
* Count meetings held and notes written per person using `created-by`.

**Step 3: Report**

1. A headline: counts of notes, meetings, comments and new deals.
2. The five most important items with a one-line reason each.
3. New deals: name, value, stage.
4. Open questions and commitments that need follow-up.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Never call any write tool.
* Quote note content briefly; do not paste whole notes.

**Validation:**

* If a source returns nothing, say so and continue with the others.
* If a call is capped at 100 records, say the digest is partial.
