Know if a ticket requester has an active 2Checkout subscription
For support agents who want a ticket's requester checked against 2Checkout billing, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Checking if a requester pays means leaving the ticket
To see whether a ticket comes from a paying customer, an agent copies the requester email into 2Checkout and reads subscription dates by hand. It is a slow detour, and the dates are easy to misread.
Without PopdockAI
- Copy the requester email out of the Freshdesk ticket
- Search 2Checkout and open each subscription
- Compare start and expiry dates with the ticket date
- Misread a date and treat a lapsed customer as covered
With PopdockAI
- The requester email and ticket date come straight from Freshdesk
- Subscriptions are found in 2Checkout, with a customer record fallback
- Each one is checked against the day the ticket was created
- Every match is listed and nothing is changed

**Objective:** For Freshdesk ticket `{ticket-id}`, report whether the requester has an active 2Checkout subscription and what it covers.
**Step 1: Read the ticket**
Call `freshdesk-get-tickets` with `ticket-id` set to `{ticket-id}`. Take `requester-email`, `subject`, `status`, `priority` and `created-at`. If no ticket is returned, stop and say so.
**Step 2: Find the subscriptions**
Call `2checkout-get-subscription` with `end-user-email` set to the ticket's `requester-email`. If `{product-name}` is given, also pass it as `product-name`. If nothing is returned, call `2checkout-get-customer` with `email` set to the same value and, if a customer is found, call `2checkout-get-subscription` with its `customer-reference`.
**Step 3: Report**
Show the ticket line, then each subscription with `subscription-reference`, `product-name`, `status`, `start-date`, `expiration-date`, `subscription-enabled`. State plainly whether the subscription was valid on the ticket's `created-at` date.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `freshdesk-*` tools belong to the Freshdesk server; `2checkout-*` tools belong to the 2Checkout server. Both servers must be connected.
* The shared key across the two systems is the customer email address. Compare emails case-insensitively and trim spaces.
* Read-only. Do not call `freshdesk-add-ticket-note`, `freshdesk-reply-to-ticket`, `freshdesk-update-ticket`, or any 2Checkout tool that changes a subscription.
**Validation:**
* If the requester has no 2Checkout record, report that the email has no billing match and suggest checking for a different billing email.
* If several subscriptions match, list all of them; do not pick one.Who it's for
