Match DonorPerfect campaigns to NetSuite campaigns

**Objective:** Compare the DonorPerfect campaign `{campaign}` (or all campaigns when empty) with NetSuite campaigns, and show giving next to NetSuite revenue.

**Step 1: Read campaigns (DonorPerfect)**

Call `donorperfect-get-code` with `field-name` = CAMPAIGN (and `code` = `{campaign}` if given). Then call `donorperfect-get-gift` with `campaign` = each code, between `{date-from}` and `{date-to}` using `gift-date.from` and `gift-date.to`, and total the `amount` and count the gifts.

**Step 2: Find the campaign (NetSuite)**

For each code call `netsuite-get-campaign` with `title` = the code description, then `title.contains` with the code if that finds nothing.

**Step 3: Report**

Table: DonorPerfect code, description, gift count, gift total, NetSuite campaign title, `revenue`, `total-cost`, `profit`, Match / Missing. List codes with no NetSuite campaign and NetSuite campaigns with no gifts.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `donorperfect-get-code` and `donorperfect-get-gift` are on the donorperfect server; `netsuite-get-campaign` is on the netsuite server.
* Read-only. Do not call any `donorperfect-save-*` tool, `donorperfect-set-flag`, or any `netsuite-add-*` or `netsuite-update-*` tool. Never change either system.

**Validation:**

* Dates default to the current year to date.
* Titles rarely match exactly; compare case-insensitively and show near matches as suggestions, not matches.
* If the DonorPerfect code list is empty, say so and stop.
