Set up WooCommerce shoppers as Sage Intacct customers, once

**Objective:** Make sure the WooCommerce customer with email `{customer-email}` exists as a customer in Intacct, creating one with payment term `{payment-term}` (default: the company default) and customer ID `{intacct-customer-id}` (default: auto-numbered) only if no match exists. Write nothing without the user's confirmation.

**Step 1: Read the WooCommerce customer**

Call `woocommerce-get-customer` with `email` = `{customer-email}`. Keep `customer-id`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `email`, `billing-company`, `billing-phone`, `billing-city`, `billing-state`, `billing-postal-code` and `billing-country`.

If there is no account (a guest checkout), call `woocommerce-get-order` with `customer-email` = `{customer-email}` and `max-records` = 1 and take the `billing-first-name` and `billing-last-name` from the most recent order. If neither returns anything, report that the email is unknown to WooCommerce and stop.

**Step 2: Check Intacct for an existing customer**

Try, in order, and stop at the first single match:

1. `intacct-get-contact` with `email` = the WooCommerce email, then `intacct-get-customer` with `customer-name` = the contact's `company-name`.
2. If the WooCommerce customer has a `billing-company` (from `woocommerce-get-customer`), `intacct-get-customer` with `customer-name` = that company.
3. `intacct-get-customer` with `customer-name` = the WooCommerce first and last name.

Treat a match as confirmed when the Intacct customer's `email` equals the WooCommerce email (ignoring case) or is empty. If it holds a different email, report it as a possible wrong match instead of using it.

If a confirmed match exists, report its `customer-id`, `customer-name`, `status` and `email` and stop: there is nothing to create. If a possible wrong match or several candidates come back, list them and ask the user whether any of them is this customer before going further.

**Step 3: Build the new customer**

* `name` and `print-as`: the `billing-company` if set, otherwise the first and last name.
* `email`, `phone` (from `billing-phone`), `city`, `state` and `zip` (from `billing-postal-code`).
* `payment-term` = `{payment-term}` if set, otherwise leave it empty.
* `customer-id` = `{intacct-customer-id}` if set, otherwise leave it empty so Intacct auto-numbers.

The WooCommerce customer read does not return a street address or carry the country to Intacct, so say that `address-line-1` and the country are left for the user to complete in Intacct.

**Step 4: Confirm, then create**

Show the user every value from Step 3. Only after a yes, call `intacct-create-customer` once with them. Leave `status` unset so Intacct applies its default.

**Step 5: Confirm**

Call `intacct-get-customer` with the returned `customer-id` and show its `customer-id`, `customer-name`, `email` and `status`.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `woocommerce-get-customer` and `woocommerce-get-order` are on the woocommerce server. `intacct-get-contact`, `intacct-get-customer` and `intacct-create-customer` are on the intacct server.
* The only write tool this prompt may call is `intacct-create-customer`, once, after confirmation. Do NOT call `intacct-update-customer`, `intacct-create-contact`, `woocommerce-update-customer` or any other write tool.
* Never create a second customer for a name that already exists in Intacct; ask the user instead.

**Validation:**

* If `billing-country` is not the Intacct company's country, point it out before the confirmation.
* If the create call fails (for example the payment term does not exist, or the customer ID is taken), show the error, do not retry with changed values, and stop.
