Find Capsule CRM deals whose people attend your webinars
For sales reps who want to prioritize deals by real webinar attendance, found by their AI assistant across both systems.

Connector
Connect Capsule CRM, pick your AI tool and paste the prompt.
The problem
Webinar attendance never shows up on the deal
A contact who just spent an hour in your webinar is a sign their deal is warm, but that signal lives in GoTo Webinar while the deal lives in Capsule CRM. Linking the two means checking every contact on every open deal by hand.
Without PopdockAI
- List open deals and the people on each
- Look up each email in GoTo Webinar
- Add up minutes attended per deal
- Prioritise deals by gut feel instead
With PopdockAI
- Open deals and the emails of their people are read
- Registrations and attendance are checked per email
- Deals are ranked by minutes attended, no-shows listed
- Follow up ideas for the top three, nothing changed

**Objective:** Find open Capsule CRM opportunities (owned by `{owner}` if given, otherwise all owners) where someone on the deal registered for or attended a GoTo webinar in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 90), and rank them by how engaged they were.
**Step 1: Read open opportunities in Capsule CRM**
Call `capsule-crm-get-opportunity`, with `owner-name` set to `{owner}` if given. Keep only rows with no `closed-on-date`. If there are more than 25, keep the 25 with the nearest `expected-close-date` and say how many were left out. If there are none, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Get the emails on each deal**
For each opportunity, call `capsule-crm-get-party` with `name` set to its `party-name`. If the party is a person, use their `email`. If it is an organization, call `capsule-crm-get-party` with `organization-name.contains` set to the name and use the emails of the people returned (at most 10 per deal). Skip deals with no email and count them.
**Step 3: Check GoTo Webinar**
For each email, call `goto-webinar-get-attendee` with `email` and `date-attended.from` set to today minus the lookback, and `goto-webinar-get-registrant` with `email` and `registration-date.from`. Count per deal: webinars attended, total minutes attended, registrations with no attendance.
**Step 4: Report**
1. A table of engaged deals, most minutes attended first: opportunity, party, milestone, value, expected close, owner, people engaged, webinars attended (names), minutes attended, no-shows.
2. One line: how many open deals were checked, how many showed webinar engagement, how many had no email to check.
3. For the top three, one sentence suggesting the follow-up (for example which webinar topic to raise).
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `capsule-crm-*` tools are on the capsule-crm server; `goto-webinar-*` tools are on the goto-webinar server. If either set is missing, say which server is not connected and stop.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `capsule-crm-update-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-add-task`, `capsule-crm-add-note`, `goto-webinar-add-registrant` or `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`.
**Validation:**
* Compare emails case-insensitively.
* If `{owner}` matches no opportunities, call `capsule-crm-get-user` with `name.contains` set to it and list the users found so the caller can correct the name.
* Leave deals with no webinar activity out of the table; only count them.Who it's for
