The problem

Deals look quieter than they are

Recorded calls that never make it into Pipedrive leave deals looking quieter than they are. Checking a rep's logging means comparing their Chorus conversations with Pipedrive activities and call logs, day by day.

Without PopdockAI

  • Pull the rep's recorded calls from Chorus
  • Pull their Pipedrive activities and call logs
  • Compare them day by day
  • Work out a logging rate by hand

With PopdockAI

  • The rep is confirmed in both Chorus and Pipedrive
  • Calls and Pipedrive entries are read for the period
  • Same day entries naming the company or subject count as logged
  • The logging rate and unlogged calls are shown, nothing written

Prompt
**Objective:** For the sales rep `{rep-email}`, compare the conversations Chorus recorded in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 14) against the activities and call logs in Pipedrive, and list the conversations the rep never logged.

**Step 1: Resolve the rep in both systems**

Call `pipedrive-get-user` with `email` = `{rep-email}` and keep `user-id`. Call `chorus-get-users` with `email` = `{rep-email}` to confirm the rep exists in Chorus. If either is missing, say which system does not know the rep and stop.

**Step 2: Read the rep's Chorus conversations**

Call `chorus-get-engagements` with `user-email` = `{rep-email}` and `date.from` = today minus the lookback. Keep `conversation-id`, `date`, `subject`, `account-name`, `opportunity-name` and `conversation-type`.

**Step 3: Read what the rep logged in Pipedrive**

Call `pipedrive-get-activity` with `assigned-to-user-id` = the Pipedrive user ID and `due-date.from` = the same date. Call `pipedrive-get-call-log` with `user-id` and `start-time.from` = the same date.

**Step 4: Match**

A Chorus conversation counts as logged when a Pipedrive activity or call log on the same calendar day names the same company (Chorus `account-name` against Pipedrive `organization-name`, by name) or has a similar subject. Otherwise it is unlogged.

**Step 5: Report**

* Headline: conversations recorded, logged, unlogged, and the logging rate as a percentage.
* A table of unlogged conversations, newest first: date, type, subject, account, opportunity, `conversation-id`.
* A short list of Pipedrive activities marked done that have no Chorus recording on that day, for context only; not every call is recorded.
* Suggest running `log-conversation-to-pipedrive` for the unlogged ones.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `pipedrive-get-user`, `pipedrive-get-activity` and `pipedrive-get-call-log` are on the pipedrive server. `chorus-get-users` and `chorus-get-engagements` are on the chorus server.
* Report facts, not judgements about the rep.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `pipedrive-add-deal`, `pipedrive-add-lead`, `pipedrive-add-person`, `pipedrive-add-organization`, `pipedrive-add-activity`, `pipedrive-add-note`, `pipedrive-update-deal`, `pipedrive-update-lead`, `pipedrive-update-person`, `pipedrive-update-organization`, `pipedrive-update-activity` or `pipedrive-update-note` on the pipedrive server.
* Do NOT call `chorus-add-moment`, `chorus-add-playlist-moment`, `chorus-create-playlist`, `chorus-update-moment`, `chorus-update-playlist`, `chorus-update-playlist-moment`, `chorus-export-recordings` or `chorus-export-scorecards` on the chorus server.

**Validation:**

* If Chorus returns no conversations, report that and stop; do not report a 0% or 100% logging rate.
* Compare by calendar day only; the two systems may record times in different time zones.
* If a Chorus conversation has no `account-name`, match on subject alone and mark the result as uncertain.
