The problem

Inactive contacts quietly erode deliverability

Contacts who stop opening drag down engagement and deliverability, but Constant Contact shows non-openers one campaign at a time. Finding people who ignored every recent send means exporting each report and cross-matching them by hand.

Without PopdockAI

  • Export non-openers for each campaign
  • Cross-match the exports in a spreadsheet
  • Filter to the list you care about
  • Put off the re-engagement send

With PopdockAI

  • Non-openers of your latest sends are collected
  • Only contacts who missed every one are kept
  • Results can be narrowed to one list
  • You get count, share and names, and nothing changes

Prompt
**Objective:** Find the contacts who did not open any of the last `{campaign-count}` sent campaigns (default 3), optionally limited to the list `{list-name}`.

**Step 1: Pick the campaigns**

Call `constant-contact-get-campaign` with `status` set to Done. Sort by last-sent-date, newest first, and take the latest `{campaign-count}` (3 if blank). List them with their send dates.

**Step 2: Collect non-openers per campaign**

For each chosen campaign, call `constant-contact-get-campaign-not-open` with its `campaign-id`. Raise `max-records` so the result is complete; if it still looks truncated, say so in the report.

**Step 3: Intersect**

Keep only the contact-id values that appear in the not-opened results of every chosen campaign. Those are the chronic non-openers.

If `{list-name}` is given, call `constant-contact-get-contact-list-member` with `list-name` set to `{list-name}` and keep only the non-openers who are members of that list. If the list name matches nothing, call `constant-contact-get-contact-list` with `name.contains` and show the closest names, then stop.

**Step 4: Report**

1. The campaigns used, with dates.
2. The number of chronic non-openers, and as a share of the contacts sent all of those campaigns.
3. A table of up to 50 of them: email address, first name, last name.
4. A suggestion: send these contacts one re-engagement campaign and stop mailing those who still do not open.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This is read-only. Do not call `constant-contact-resend-campaign-to-non-openers`, `constant-contact-update-contact`, `constant-contact-add-campaign` or any other add or update tool.
* Opens are under-reported by privacy features in some mail clients, so describe the result as likely, not certain, disengagement.

**Validation:**

* If fewer than `{campaign-count}` campaigns have been sent, use the ones that exist and say so.
* If nobody missed every campaign, say so and report how many missed all but one.
