Marketers export NetSuite customers and Constant Contact contacts and compare them in a spreadsheet. Customers who never made it into Constant Contact miss mailings, and those without permission to send can end up emailed anyway.

The prompt
Use this prompt

**Objective:** Find NetSuite customers (up to {max-customers}, default 50) whose email is missing from Constant Contact or is not permitted to receive email. If {min-balance} is given, only include customers with at least that balance.
**Step 1: Read NetSuite customers**
Call `netsuite-get-customer` with `max-records` = {max-customers}, adding `balance.min` = {min-balance} when given. Keep internal-id, name and email; set aside customers with no email.
**Step 2: Check each in Constant Contact**
For each remaining email, call `constant-contact-get-contact` with `email-address` set to it. Record the `contact-id` and `permission-to-send`, or mark it absent.
**Step 3: Report**
Three tables: (a) customers absent from Constant Contact, (b) present but permission-to-send is not granted, (c) customers with no email in NetSuite. Give counts for each and the share of customers fully reachable.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `netsuite-*` tools are on the netsuite server; `constant-contact-*` tools are on the constant-contact server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call any `netsuite-add-*` or `netsuite-update-*` tool, and never call `constant-contact-add-*`, `constant-contact-update-*` or `constant-contact-resend-campaign-to-non-openers`.
* Match the two systems on email address, case-insensitive. If a record has no email, report it as unmatched and continue.
**Validation:**
* If the customer read returns nothing, say so and stop.
