The problem
Salespeople keep emailing dead addresses and opt outs
When an email bounces or someone unsubscribes in Constant Contact, the salesperson who owns that person in Dynamics 365 Sales rarely hears about it. They keep emailing a dead address or someone who opted out, and the bad data stays in the CRM.
Without PopdockAI
- Export bounce and unsubscribe reports
- Search each email in Dynamics 365 Sales
- Work out who owns each person
- Leave dead addresses in the CRM
With PopdockAI
- Every bounce and unsubscribe in the period is collected
- Each email is matched to a contact or lead
- The list is grouped by owner, permanent bounces called out
- Truncated results are flagged, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Find people who bounced or unsubscribed in Constant Contact in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30) and report which Dynamics 365 Sales contacts and leads they are, grouped by owner. This is read-only.
**Step 1: Collect bounces and unsubscribes from Constant Contact**
With `created-date.from` set to today minus `{lookback-days}` days, call:
* `constant-contact-get-campaign-bounce` (keep bounce-type and created-date)
* `constant-contact-get-campaign-unsubscribe` (keep reason and created-date)
Use `max-records` 500 for each. Reduce to unique email addresses. If a person both bounced and unsubscribed, keep both facts.
**Step 2: Match each email in Dynamics 365 Sales**
For each email, call `dynamics-365-sales-get-contacts` with `email`, then `dynamics-365-sales-get-leads` with `email` if no contact matches. Keep owner, parent-customer (contacts) or company-name (leads).
**Step 3: Report**
1. Totals: bounces, unsubscribes, matched to a contact, matched to a lead, not in Dynamics.
2. One section per owner, with a table: name, company, email, contact or lead, what happened (bounce type or unsubscribe reason), and date.
3. People not in Dynamics: a count only, unless there are 20 or fewer, then list them.
Point out bounces of a permanent type (for example non-existent address) separately: those emails in Dynamics are likely wrong and need correcting.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* constant-contact tools are on the constant-contact server; dynamics-365-sales tools are on the dynamics-365-sales server.
* Read-only. Do NOT call `dynamics-365-sales-update-contact`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-lead`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-task`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-note`, `constant-contact-update-contact` or any other create, update or add tool.
* An unsubscribe is a marketing opt-out. Say so in the report; it does not mean the person cannot be contacted one-to-one by their owner.
**Validation:**
* If there are no bounces or unsubscribes in the period, say so and stop.
* If 500 rows come back for either call, say the result was truncated.
* Match emails case-insensitively and trimmed of spaces.Who it's for
