The problem

Nobody sees the support effort behind top spenders

Shopify shows who spends the most and Freshdesk shows who raises tickets, but joining them means exporting both and matching emails. A top customer with open escalations goes unnoticed.

Without PopdockAI

  • Export top customers from Shopify
  • Export tickets from Freshdesk
  • Match emails in a spreadsheet
  • Miss the big spender with an open escalation

With PopdockAI

  • Shopify customers are ranked by total spent
  • Freshdesk tickets are counted per customer by email
  • At risk and healthy accounts are flagged
  • Customers with no email are listed as unchecked, with nothing changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Identify the top `{customer-count}` Shopify customers by `total-spent` (default 10) and report their Freshdesk ticket load over the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 90).

**Step 1: Top customers (Shopify server)**

Call `shopify-get-customer` with `total-spent.min` set to `{min-spend}` (default 0) and a large `max-records`. Sort the result by `total-spent` descending and keep the top `{customer-count}`. Note `email`, `name`, `total-spent`, `orders-count`.

**Step 2: Tickets (Freshdesk server)**

For each kept customer with an email, call `freshdesk-get-tickets` with `requester-email` set to it and `created-at.from` at the lookback date. Count total, open, escalated and the highest priority.

**Step 3: Report**

Table: customer, total spent, orders, tickets, open, escalated. Flag customers with open escalated tickets as at-risk accounts, and customers with large spend and zero tickets as healthy. List customers with no email as unchecked.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `shopify-get-customer` is on the Shopify server; `freshdesk-get-tickets` is on the Freshdesk server.
* Read-only. Never call `freshdesk-update-ticket`, `freshdesk-reply-to-ticket` or any add, update or delete tool.

**Validation:**

* A customer with no Freshdesk tickets is a valid result, not an error.
* Match on email only, case-insensitively.
