The problem

High value customers complain loudly before anyone notices

High value customers with unresolved support problems stay invisible until they complain loudly. Finding them means listing large recent BigCommerce orders, then searching Freshdesk for each customer, one at a time.

Without PopdockAI

  • Filter BigCommerce for large recent orders
  • Copy each billing email
  • Search Freshdesk for open tickets
  • Find the unhappy big spender too late

With PopdockAI

  • Orders at or above your total are found for the period
  • Open Freshdesk tickets are looked up for each billing email
  • Customers with open tickets are ranked first
  • Customers with none are listed as clear, and nothing changes

Prompt
**Objective:** Find customers whose BigCommerce orders in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30) totalled at least `{min-order-total}` each (default 500) and report any open Freshdesk tickets they have.

**Step 1: Large orders**

Call `bigcommerce-get-order` (BigCommerce server) with `total-including-tax.min` set to the minimum and `date-created.from` set to the lookback start. Collect `billing-email`, `id`, `total-including-tax`, `customer-id`.

**Step 2: Tickets**

For each distinct email call `freshdesk-get-tickets` (Freshdesk server) with `requester-email` set to it. Keep tickets whose status is not resolved or closed (read `status` in the result).

**Step 3: Report**

Rank customers with open tickets first: email, order ids and totals, then each open ticket (ticket-id, subject, priority, due-by, escalated). Then list customers with no open tickets by name only.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `bigcommerce-get-order` is on the BigCommerce server; `freshdesk-get-tickets` is on the Freshdesk server.
* Do not call any write tool on either server (no freshdesk-add-*, freshdesk-update-*, freshdesk-delete-*, freshdesk-reply-to-ticket, and no bigcommerce-*-add, -update or -delete tools).

**Validation:**

* If no orders qualify, stop and say so.
* If an email has no Freshdesk ticket at all, treat it as no open tickets.
