The problem

Decisions and owners get lost in the write-up

Writing up a meeting means rereading the notes and transcript, then working out what was decided and who owns each action. Decisions and owners get lost, and open questions never make it into the write-up.

Without PopdockAI

  • Reread the meeting notes
  • Skim the transcript for decisions
  • Work out who owns each action
  • Forget the open questions

With PopdockAI

  • The meeting is found, and you choose if several match
  • The transcript confirms the summary and who decided what
  • Actions come with owners and due dates when stated
  • Open questions are listed, and nothing is invented

Prompt
**Objective:** Produce a recap of the meeting matching `{meeting-title}`, looking only at meetings on or after `{from-date}` (optional).

**Step 1: Find the note**

Call `granola-get-note` with `title.contains` set to `{meeting-title}` and, if `{from-date}` is given, `created.from` set to it. If more than one note matches, list each with its title, `scheduled-start` and `id`, then stop and ask which one. If none match, say so and stop.

**Step 2: Gather the people and the words**

* Call `granola-get-attendee` with `note-id` set to the note `id` to see who attended.
* Call `granola-get-transcript` with `note-id` set to the note `id` to read what was said. Use it to confirm the summary and to attribute decisions and actions to speakers.

**Step 3: Report**

* Meeting: title, date, owner, attendees
* Summary: 3 to 5 sentences
* Decisions made (with who made them)
* Action items: owner, task, due date if stated
* Open questions left unresolved

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Only call `granola-get-note`, `granola-get-attendee` and `granola-get-transcript`.
* Quote the transcript only when the wording matters; do not invent actions or owners that were not said.
* Meeting content is private to its owner and attendees. Do not suggest sharing it beyond them.

**Validation:**

* If the transcript is empty, base the recap on the note `summary` and say the transcript was unavailable.
* If the title is ambiguous, ask rather than guess.
