Catch up on a week of meetings in one digest
For leaders who want Granola meetings in a date range summarized into themes and decisions, just by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Leaders cannot read every set of meeting notes
Leaders cannot sit in every meeting, and reading every set of notes takes more time than they have. Recurring themes and decisions get missed, and follow-ups lose their owners.
Without PopdockAI
- Open every meeting from the week
- Read each summary or transcript
- Spot recurring themes by memory
- Chase follow-ups that lost their owner
With PopdockAI
- Meetings in the range are listed and each summary read
- Transcripts fill in where a summary is thin
- Themes, decisions and follow-ups with owners are pulled out
- Up to 30 meetings, any left out counted, and nothing changed

**Objective:** Write a digest of the meetings from `{from-date}` to `{to-date}` (optional, defaults to today), for owner `{owner-email}` if given.
**Step 1: List the meetings**
Call `granola-get-note` with `scheduled-start.from` set to `{from-date}`, `scheduled-start.to` set to `{to-date}` and, if given, `owner-email` set to `{owner-email}`. If nothing returns, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Read them**
Use each note `summary`. Where the summary is empty or thin, call `granola-get-transcript` with `note-id` set to that note and read enough to summarize it. Call `granola-get-attendee` with `note-id` only when attendee names are needed to explain a decision.
**Step 3: Report**
* Meetings held: count and a one-line entry each (date, title, attendees)
* Themes that recurred across meetings
* Decisions made
* Follow-ups due and who owns them
* Meetings with no summary or transcript, flagged
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read-only. Only call `granola-get-note`, `granola-get-transcript` and `granola-get-attendee`.
* Do not include meetings the signed-in user cannot see; report only what the tools return.
**Validation:**
* If `{from-date}` is missing, ask for it.
* If more than 30 meetings return, digest the 30 most recent and say how many were left out.Who it's for

How it works
What PopdockAI does when you ask
You give a date range and your AI assistant digests the Granola meetings in it. It flags meetings with no notes and says how many were left out.

It lists the Granola meetings in that range.
03
