Log Drip email series on DonorPerfect donor histories

**Objective:** For the Drip email series campaign `{campaign}`, log a contact record in DonorPerfect against each subscriber who is a donor, using activity code `{activity-code}`, so the outreach shows up in the donor's history.

**Step 1: Identify the campaign in Drip**

Call `drip-get-campaign` with `name.contains` set to `{campaign}`, or with `campaign-id` if `{campaign}` is numeric. If more than one campaign matches, list them and stop.

**Step 2: List its subscribers and match them**

Call `drip-get-campaign-subscriber` with `campaign-id` set to the campaign's id. For each subscriber, call `donorperfect-get-donor` with `email` set to their email, falling back to `donorperfect-get-address`.

**Step 3: Skip donors already logged**

For each donor found, call `donorperfect-get-contact` with `donor-id` and `activity-code` set to `{activity-code}`, and skip any donor who already has a contact whose comment names this Drip campaign.

**Step 4: Confirm**

Show the donors to log (donor-id, name, email) and the counts of subscribers not in DonorPerfect and donors already logged. Ask the user to confirm. Do not continue without an explicit yes.

**Step 5: Log and confirm**

For each confirmed donor, call `donorperfect-save-contact` with `donor-id`, `activity-code` set to `{activity-code}`, `contact-date` set to today, and `comment` set to "Enrolled in Drip campaign" followed by the campaign name. Leave `contact-id` empty so a new contact is created. Report logged, failed (with reasons) and skipped counts.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `drip-get-campaign` and `drip-get-campaign-subscriber` are on the drip server. `donorperfect-get-donor`, `donorperfect-get-address`, `donorperfect-get-contact` and `donorperfect-save-contact` are on the donorperfect server.
* The only write this prompt may make is `donorperfect-save-contact`, on the donorperfect server, after confirmation in Step 4.
* Never pass a `contact-id`, which would overwrite an existing contact. Do not call `donorperfect-save-donor`, `donorperfect-set-flag` or any Drip action.

**Validation:**

* If the campaign has no subscribers, or none is a donor, say so and stop.
* If `{activity-code}` is not a known code, check with `donorperfect-get-code` and warn the user before Step 4.
