Show Mailchimp opt-outs and bounces on Dynamics GP customer records
For marketing and receivables teams who want GP customer records to show who unsubscribed or bounced, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Customer records silent about opt outs and bounces
When a customer unsubscribes or hard bounces in Mailchimp, sales and receivables in Dynamics GP never hear about it. They keep emailing a bad address or contact someone who asked not to be, because the record says nothing.
Without PopdockAI
- Export unsubscribes and hard bounces
- Match each email to a Dynamics GP customer
- Combine several events per customer
- Type notes without overwriting old ones
With PopdockAI
- Unsubscribes with reasons and hard bounces are read
- Customers are matched by email
- One proposed note per customer for you to confirm or drop
- Dated notes are appended, never replaced

**Objective:** Find Dynamics GP customers who unsubscribed from, or hard-bounced on, Mailchimp campaigns in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30), and after confirmation append a note to each GP customer record so the sales and AR teams know.
**Step 1: Read the Mailchimp events**
Call `mailchimp-get-campaign-unsubscribe` with unsubscribe-date.from set to today minus `{lookback-days}` days and max-records 1000. Keep email, unsubscribe-date, reason and campaign-name. Then call `mailchimp-get-campaign-recipient` with status hard and max-records 1000 to find hard bounces; keep the email-address and campaign-id.
**Step 2: Match to Dynamics GP customers**
Call `dynamics-gp-get-rm-customer` with max-records 500 and map lower-cased `main-email-address` to `customer-id`. Match each Mailchimp email. Ignore emails that match no customer, but count them.
**Step 3: Propose the notes**
Show a table: customer-id, customer-name, email, event (Unsubscribed or Hard bounce), date, campaign, reason, and the note text you will add, in the form `Mailchimp: <event> on <date> from campaign <campaign>. Reason: <reason>.` Ask the user to confirm all rows or name the ones to drop.
**Step 4: Write after confirmation**
Only after confirmation, call `dynamics-gp-rm-customer-note` once per confirmed customer with customer-id, note, append-to-existing-note 1 and add-date-and-time 1. Never send append-to-existing-note 0, which would replace the existing note.
**Step 5: Report**
Each row with Noted or Failed and the error text.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `mailchimp-get-campaign-unsubscribe` and `mailchimp-get-campaign-recipient` are on the mailchimp server. `dynamics-gp-get-rm-customer` and `dynamics-gp-rm-customer-note` are on the dynamics-gp server.
* `dynamics-gp-rm-customer-note` is the only tool that may write, and only after confirmation. It writes to the live GP company database.
* Do NOT call `dynamics-gp-rm-customer-update`, `dynamics-gp-rm-customer-address-email`, `mailchimp-update-list-member` or `mailchimp-add-list-member`. Do not resubscribe anyone.
**Validation:**
* If no event matches a GP customer, report the counts and stop.
* If one customer has several events, write one note listing all of them.
* The recipient read has no date filter, so mention that hard bounces are not limited to the lookback window.Who it's for
