The problem

Open deals go quiet without anyone noticing

Open Pipedrive deals can go weeks without a call or email while still sitting in the pipeline as if nothing changed. Finding the quiet ones means checking each company in Chorus by hand, and by then the buyer has often moved on.

Without PopdockAI

  • List open deals in Pipedrive
  • Search each company in Chorus
  • Check the last call, meeting and email
  • Notice the quiet deal after it is lost

With PopdockAI

  • Open deals are read, up to the 50 largest
  • Each company is checked once in Chorus for recent contact
  • Quiet deals are listed by value with their last touch
  • Deals closing within 30 days are flagged, nothing changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Find the open Pipedrive deals that have gone quiet: no Chorus conversation or email with the company in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30). Limit to the deals owned by `{owner-email}` when it is given, otherwise all open deals.

**Step 1: Resolve the owner (optional)**

If `{owner-email}` is given, call `pipedrive-get-user` with `email` and keep its `user-id`. If no user matches, say so and stop.

**Step 2: List open deals in Pipedrive**

Call `pipedrive-get-deal` with `status` = `open` and, when you have one, `owner-id`. If more than 50 deals come back, keep the 50 with the highest `value` and say that the rest were not checked.

**Step 3: Check each company in Chorus**

Pipedrive organizations and Chorus accounts are matched by company name only; there is no shared ID. Try an exact match first, then a contains match on the most distinctive word of the name (drop suffixes such as Inc, Ltd, LLC, GmbH). Treat a contains match as a probable match and say so in the report.
For each distinct `organization-name` (check each company once, even when it has several deals):

1. Call `chorus-get-engagements` with `account-name` and `date.from` = today minus the lookback; if nothing, retry with `account-name.contains`. Keep the latest `date`.
2. Call `chorus-get-emails` with `account-name.contains` and `sent-time.from` = the same date. Keep the latest `sent-time`.

**Step 4: Report**

A table of the quiet deals only, sorted by `value` descending: deal title, organization, owner, stage, value, expected close date, and last Chorus touch (or "none in period").

Then a second, shorter table of deals whose company had emails but no calls or meetings in the period.

End with counts: deals checked, quiet deals, deals with email only, deals skipped for having no organization.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `pipedrive-get-user` and `pipedrive-get-deal` are on the pipedrive server. `chorus-get-engagements` and `chorus-get-emails` are on the chorus server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `pipedrive-add-deal`, `pipedrive-add-lead`, `pipedrive-add-person`, `pipedrive-add-organization`, `pipedrive-add-activity`, `pipedrive-add-note`, `pipedrive-update-deal`, `pipedrive-update-lead`, `pipedrive-update-person`, `pipedrive-update-organization`, `pipedrive-update-activity` or `pipedrive-update-note` on the pipedrive server.
* Do NOT call `chorus-add-moment`, `chorus-add-playlist-moment`, `chorus-create-playlist`, `chorus-update-moment`, `chorus-update-playlist`, `chorus-update-playlist-moment`, `chorus-export-recordings` or `chorus-export-scorecards` on the chorus server.

**Validation:**

* A deal with no `organization-name` cannot be matched to Chorus. List it under "not checked" rather than calling it quiet.
* If Chorus returns no conversations at all for any company, say that the Chorus connection or account naming may not line up with Pipedrive, rather than reporting every deal as quiet.
* Flag any deal whose `expected-close-date` is within the next 30 days as urgent.
