The problem
Walking into account meetings half prepared
Preparing for an account meeting means clicking through the Pipedrive organization for contacts, deals, notes, calls, files and next steps. Most people skim and walk in without knowing an activity is overdue or why the last deal was lost.
Without PopdockAI
- Open the organization and each contact
- Read through open, won and lost deals
- Skim notes, calls and files
- Miss the overdue activity or lost reason
With PopdockAI
- Contacts, deals, leads, notes, calls and files are read
- Open next steps are gathered and overdue ones marked
- A snapshot, timeline, watch-outs and talking points are written
- Inferences are labelled, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Build a briefing on the organization `{organization-name}`, covering the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 90) of interaction, that someone could read in two minutes before a meeting.
**Step 1: Find the organization**
Call `pipedrive-get-organization` with `name` = `{organization-name}`. If nothing comes back, retry with `name.contains`. If more than one organization matches, list them (name, city, owner) and stop. Keep the organization-id.
**Step 2: Gather the record (these reads are independent)**
* `pipedrive-get-person` with `organization-id`: the contacts.
* `pipedrive-get-deal` with `organization-id`, once each for `status` = open, won and lost.
* `pipedrive-get-lead` with `organization-id` and `archived` = false.
* `pipedrive-get-note` with `organization-id` and `created-date.from` = today minus the lookback.
* `pipedrive-get-call-log` with `organization-id` and `start-time.from` = today minus the lookback.
* `pipedrive-get-file` with `organization-id`.
**Step 3: Find the open next steps**
Activities cannot be filtered by organization. For each open deal call `pipedrive-get-activity` with `deal-id` and `done` = false; for the three most recently active contacts (by last-activity-date) call it with `person-id` and `done` = false. De-duplicate by activity-id.
**Step 4: Report**
1. **Snapshot:** industry, employees, annual revenue, city and country, owner, website.
2. **Key contacts:** name, job title, email, phone, last activity date.
3. **Open deals:** title, stage, value, expected close, owner. Plus open leads, if any.
4. **History:** number and total value of won deals, last won date, lost deals and their lost reasons.
5. **Recent interactions:** a dated timeline combining notes (one-line summary each) and calls (outcome and duration).
6. **Open next steps:** activity, type, due date, owner; mark overdue ones.
7. **Files:** file names and dates only.
8. **Watch-outs and three talking points** drawn from the above.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read-only. Do not call `pipedrive-update-organization`, `pipedrive-update-deal`, `pipedrive-add-note`, `pipedrive-add-activity` or any other add or update tool.
* Summarize notes; do not paste them in full.
* Only state what the records show. Mark anything inferred as inferred.
**Validation:**
* If the organization has no contacts, deals or interactions in the window, say that plainly rather than padding the briefing.Who it's for
