The problem
Pipeline totals that count the same deal twice
Marketing wants to know how much sales pipeline sits behind the people in a Drip email series. Answering means matching each subscriber to Pipedrive and adding up open deals without counting a deal twice or mixing currencies.
Without PopdockAI
- Export the campaign's subscribers
- Match each email to Pipedrive
- Find each organization's open deals
- Add values and double count shared deals
With PopdockAI
- The campaign's subscribers are read
- Each email is matched to a Pipedrive person
- Open deals are read once per organization, value per currency
- Association, not attribution, is stated, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Show how much Pipedrive pipeline sits behind the subscribers of the Drip campaign matching `{campaign-name}`, checking at most `{max-results}` subscribers (default 100).
**Step 1: Find the campaign in Drip**
Call `drip-get-campaign` with `name.contains` set to `{campaign-name}`. If more than one campaign matches, list them (name, status, active-subscribers) and stop so the user can pick one. Note its `campaign-id`.
**Step 2: Its subscribers**
Call `drip-get-campaign-subscriber` with `campaign-id` set to that id and `max-records` set to `{max-results}` (100 if empty).
**Step 3: Carry each email into Pipedrive**
For each subscriber, call `pipedrive-get-person` with `email` set to the subscriber's `email`. Keep `open-deals`, `won-deals`, `organization-id`, `organization-name` and `owner-name`. For each distinct `organization-id` with open deals, call `pipedrive-get-deal` with `organization-id` set to it and `status` set to `open` to get deal values. Count each organization's deals once, even when several subscribers belong to it.
**Step 4: Report**
* Campaign name, status, subscribers checked.
* Match rate: how many were found in Pipedrive.
* People with open deals: email, Pipedrive name, organization, owner, open deal count.
* Open pipeline by organization: organization, deal titles, stage, total value per currency.
* People with won deals but no open ones (likely customers on the campaign).
* Do not add values in different currencies together.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `drip-*` tools are on the drip MCP server and `pipedrive-*` tools are on the pipedrive MCP server. If either set of tools is missing, stop and tell the user that both the drip and pipedrive servers must be connected.
* Match people across the two systems on email address only, compared case-insensitively with surrounding spaces trimmed. Never match on name alone.
* This shows association, not attribution. Say so in the report; Drip does not record which email caused a deal.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call any write tool. On Drip that means: `drip-add-subscriber`, `drip-update-subscriber`, `drip-unsubscribe-subscriber`, `drip-add-subscriber-tag`, `drip-remove-subscriber-tag`, `drip-add-subscriber-to-campaign`, `drip-remove-subscriber-from-campaign`, `drip-remove-subscriber-from-all-campaigns`, `drip-start-subscriber-workflow`, `drip-remove-subscriber-from-workflow`, `drip-activate-campaign`, `drip-pause-campaign`, `drip-activate-workflow`, `drip-pause-workflow`. On Pipedrive that means: `pipedrive-add-person`, `pipedrive-update-person`, `pipedrive-add-organization`, `pipedrive-update-organization`, `pipedrive-add-deal`, `pipedrive-update-deal`, `pipedrive-add-lead`, `pipedrive-update-lead`, `pipedrive-add-activity`, `pipedrive-update-activity`, `pipedrive-add-note`, `pipedrive-update-note`.
**Validation:**
* If no campaign matches, list Drip campaigns from `drip-get-campaign` (name and status, up to 20) and stop.
* If no subscriber matches in Pipedrive, report the match rate of 0 and stop.
