The problem
A buyer who stopped reading your email is a hidden forecast risk
A deal closing this month whose buyer has stopped opening your emails is a risk the forecast does not show. Checking means looking up each deal contact in Mailchimp one at a time.
Without PopdockAI
- List the deals closing this month
- Find each deal's contact email
- Look them up in Mailchimp
- Read their opens and clicks one by one
With PopdockAI
- Open deals closing soon are read with each contact's email
- Mailchimp status, opens and clicks are checked
- Each deal is rated engaged, quiet, unreachable or no contact email
- Quiet and unreachable come first by amount, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** For open HubSpot deals closing in the next `{closing-within-days}` days (default 30 if blank), in pipeline `{pipeline-name}` (all pipelines if blank), show how engaged each deal's contact has been with Mailchimp email over the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 60 if blank).
**Step 1: Deals closing soon**
Call `hubspot-get-deals` with `close-date.from` set to today and `close-date.to` set to today plus the window. If `{pipeline-name}` is not blank, also set `pipeline-name` to it. Leave out deals whose `deal-stage-name` is a closed stage. Note `deal-name`, `amount`, `close-date`, `deal-stage-name`, `deal-owner` and `contact-id`. If no deals come back, say so and stop.
**Step 2: The deal's contact email**
For each deal with a `contact-id`, call `hubspot-get-contacts` with `record-id` set to it and take `email`. A deal with no `contact-id` or a contact with no email is reported as "No contact email" and skipped in Step 3.
**Step 3: Carry the email into Mailchimp**
For each email:
* Call `mailchimp-get-list-member` with `email` set to it. Note each audience's `status` and `average-open-rate`.
* Call `mailchimp-get-campaign-email-activity` with `email-address` set to it and `activity-date.from` set to today minus the lookback. Count opens and clicks, and take the most recent activity date.
**Step 4: Report**
A table with columns: deal, amount, close date, stage, owner, contact email, Mailchimp status, opens, clicks, last activity. Classify each row as Engaged (any click, or 3 or more opens), Quiet (subscribed, no recent activity), Unreachable (unsubscribed, cleaned or not in Mailchimp), or No contact email. Sort Unreachable and Quiet first, highest amount first within each.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `hubspot-get-deals` and `hubspot-get-contacts` are on the HubSpot server; `mailchimp-get-list-member` and `mailchimp-get-campaign-email-activity` are on the Mailchimp server.
* Match on email address only, compared case-insensitively with surrounding spaces trimmed. Never match on name alone.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `hubspot-add-contact`, `hubspot-update-contact`, `hubspot-add-contact-note`, `hubspot-add-company`, `hubspot-update-company`, `hubspot-add-company-note`, `hubspot-add-deal`, `hubspot-update-deal`, `hubspot-add-deal-note`, `hubspot-add-ticket`, `hubspot-update-ticket` or `hubspot-add-ticket-note` on HubSpot, and do not call `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-list-member`, `mailchimp-add-customer`, `mailchimp-update-customer`, `mailchimp-add-segment-member`, `mailchimp-start-automation`, `mailchimp-pause-automation`, `mailchimp-replicate-campaign`, `mailchimp-update-product` or `mailchimp-update-order` on Mailchimp.
**Validation:**
* If a person is a member of several audiences with different statuses, show subscribed if any audience is subscribed, and list the others.
* Engagement is evidence, not a forecast. Do not change deal stages or amounts, and do not predict whether a deal will close.Who it's for
