Find Chargebee credit notes with no NetSuite credit memo

**Objective:** For credit notes dated between {date-from} and {date-to}, find those without a NetSuite credit memo and those whose totals differ.

**Step 1: Read Chargebee credit notes**

Call `chargebee-get-credit-note` with `date.from` and `date.to`. Keep `id`, `customer-id`, `reference-invoice-id`, `total`, `type`, `reason-code`, `status`.

**Step 2: Read NetSuite credit memos**

Call `netsuite-get-creditmemo` with `date.from` and `date.to`. Keep `document-number`, `customer-email`, `customer-company-name`, `date`, `status`.

**Step 3: Carry the customer across and match**

For each distinct Chargebee `customer-id`, call `chargebee-get-customer` with `id` to get `email`. Match on that email, then on the Chargebee credit note `id` appearing in the NetSuite `document-number`, then on date. Also look up the original invoice with `netsuite-get-invoice` using `document-number` equal to `reference-invoice-id` and report whether it exists.

**Step 4: Report**

Table of credit notes: id, customer email, total, matched memo or "missing in NetSuite", and invoice found or not. List NetSuite memos with no Chargebee credit note.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with netsuite are on the netsuite server; tools whose names start with chargebee are on the chargebee server. Both servers must be connected.
* Read-only: never call any NetSuite add or update tool (for example `netsuite-add-invoice`, `netsuite-add-customerpayment`, `netsuite-update-invoice`, `netsuite-update-customer`). Chargebee has no write tools here. Report differences only; never fix them.

**Validation:**

* NetSuite credit memo totals are not returned by the tool, so compare only existence, customer and date, and say so.
* If either side returns nothing, say which and stop.
