The problem
Late production with no idea who is waiting
When manufacturing orders in Dynamics GP run late, you need to know which customers are waiting and whether an outsourced step is the holdup. Answering means tracing each order to sales orders and checking outsourcing one at a time.
Without PopdockAI
- List manufacturing orders past due
- Trace each one to its linked sales orders
- Check outsourced steps and shipments at vendors
- Guess which customers to warn first
With PopdockAI
- Orders past due and not finished are read
- Each is traced to linked sales orders, or marked build to stock
- Outsourced steps not shipped and shipments at the vendor are checked
- Customer-facing orders come first, with no guessed causes

**Objective:** Find manufacturing orders (posting to site `{site-id}`, default all sites) that are past their due date and not finished, and show which customers are waiting on them and whether outsourced operations are the holdup.
Pass `{company}` as `company` on every call (if it is empty, omit `company` and the default company is used). Pass a generous `max-records` (1000). If a result comes back with exactly that many rows, say the result may be truncated.
**Step 1: Late orders**
Call `dynamics-gp-get-mfg-order` with `due-date.to` set to yesterday and `post-to-site` set to `{site-id}` when given. Keep orders whose `manufacturing-order-status` is not complete, closed or cancelled. Note days late from `due-date` and `manufacturing-order-priority`.
**Step 2: Who is waiting**
For each late order call `dynamics-gp-get-mfg-so-mo-link` filtered by `manufacturing-order-number`. For each linked `sales-order-number`, call `dynamics-gp-get-rm-sales-trx` filtered by `sop-number` to get `customer-name` and `requested-ship-date`. Orders with no link are build-to-stock.
**Step 3: Outsourcing**
For each late order:
* `dynamics-gp-get-mfg-suggested-outsourcing-shipment` filtered by `manufacturing-order`: outsourced steps not yet shipped to the vendor, with `ship-by-date`.
* `dynamics-gp-get-mfg-recorded-outsourcing-shipment` filtered by `manufacturing-order`: shipments that went out, are not `voided` and have no `return-date` yet (still at the vendor).
**Step 4: Report**
Customer-facing orders first, then build-to-stock. For each: MO number, item, end quantity, status, due date, days late, customer and sales order (if any), promised date, and the likely holdup (not shipped to outsourcer, at outsourcer since a date, or none found). Close with a count of late orders and customers affected.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read-only. Do not call `dynamics-gp-rm-sales-trx-update`, `dynamics-gp-pm-purchase-order-add` or any tool whose name does not contain `get`.
* When no outsourcing record explains the delay, say "no outsourcing holdup found"; do not speculate about shop-floor causes the tools cannot see.
**Validation:**
* If no orders are late, say so and list orders due in the next 7 days.Who it's for
