Catch zero and missing prices in NetSuite

**Objective:** Find pricing problems for item {item-number} (blank for all), using a price floor of {min-price} (default 0.01) and price level {price-level-id} (blank for all).

**Step 1: Prices**

Call `netsuite-get-itempricing` with `item-number` and `price-level-id` where given, and `price.max` set to {min-price} to find low prices.

**Step 2: Items**

Call `netsuite-get-item` with `item-number` for the items found and for a sample of up to 50 items, to find those with no pricing row at all.

**Step 3: Report**

Lists of items with a price at or below the floor, items with no price, and items whose price differs sharply between levels. Show item number, description, level, price and minimum quantity. Say how many items you checked.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This is a read-only job. Do not call any tool whose name starts with netsuite-add- or netsuite-update-, and never change, create or delete a record.
* Report only what the tools return. Do not estimate or invent figures; if a total is needed, add up the rows you actually retrieved and say so.
* If a read returns the maximum number of rows, say the result may be truncated and suggest narrowing the filters.
* Dates are YYYY-MM-DD. Where an input is blank, use the default stated in the Objective.

**Validation:**

* If a read returns nothing, say so and stop rather than guessing.
* If an input is ambiguous, list the candidates and ask which one is meant.
