The problem

Matching builds to work orders is slow and error prone

Production planners flip between NetSuite work orders, work order lines and assembly builds to see what is late or unfinished. Matching builds back to the right work order by memo or number is slow and easy to get wrong.

Without PopdockAI

  • Open work orders and their component lines
  • Search assembly builds for the period
  • Match builds to orders by memo or number
  • Miss the old order that was never built

With PopdockAI

  • Work orders and component lines are read
  • Assembly builds are matched by memo and document number
  • Transaction links are checked when a match is unclear
  • Unbuilt orders by age and unconfirmed matches, nothing changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Review work orders from {date-from} (default 60 days ago), optionally with {status}, and show which have no assembly build.

**Step 1: Work orders**

Call `netsuite-get-workorder` with `date.from` and, if given, `status`. Then call `netsuite-get-workorderitem` with `date.from` for the lines.

**Step 2: Builds**

Call `netsuite-get-assemblybuild` and `netsuite-get-assemblybuilditem` with the same `date.from`. Match to work orders by `memo` and `document-number` where possible; use `netsuite-get-transactionlink` with `from-document` set to a work order number when unclear.

**Step 3: Report**

Counts by `status`, work orders with no build ordered by age, and components used per build when line data is available. Note any matches you could not confirm.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This is a read-only job. Do not call any tool whose name starts with netsuite-add- or netsuite-update-, and never change, create or delete a record.
* Report only what the tools return. Do not estimate or invent figures; if a total is needed, add up the rows you actually retrieved and say so.
* If a read returns the maximum number of rows, say the result may be truncated and suggest narrowing the filters.
* Dates are YYYY-MM-DD. Where an input is blank, use the default stated in the Objective.

**Validation:**

* If a read returns nothing, say so and stop rather than guessing.
* If an input is ambiguous, list the candidates and ask which one is meant.
