The problem
Overdue follow ups hide across assignees
Overdue follow ups in Attio hide across assignees and records. Nobody sees the whole list, so a task that was due weeks ago stays open until a customer asks about it.
Without PopdockAI
- Filter Attio tasks by assignee one at a time
- Check deadlines against today
- Open each task to see what record it relates to
- Hear about the missed task from a customer
With PopdockAI
- Open tasks past their deadline are read, up to 200
- The 30 oldest are linked to the records they concern
- Tasks are grouped by assignee, most overdue first
- Nothing is marked complete
The prompt
Use this prompt

**Objective:** List open tasks that are past their deadline, for the assignee `{assignee}` if given, otherwise for everyone.
**Step 1: Pull overdue tasks**
Call `attio-get-task` with `completed` set to false and `deadline.to` set to yesterday's date. If `{assignee}` is given, pass `assignees.contains` set to it. Set `max-records` to 200.
**Step 2: Find what each task is about**
For each task, call `attio-get-task-linked-record` with `task-id` set to the task's `task-id`. Collect the linked record names. Do this for at most the 30 oldest tasks and say so if more remain.
**Step 3: Report**
1. Group by assignee. For each task: content, deadline, days overdue, linked records.
2. Within a group, most overdue first.
3. End with the total overdue count and the three oldest tasks.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any write tool, and do not mark tasks complete.
* Tasks with no deadline are not overdue. Leave them out.
**Validation:**
* If nothing is overdue, say so.
* If `{assignee}` matches nobody, call `attio-get-workspace-member` with `email-address.contains` or `first-name.contains` to check the spelling and report what you find.Who it's for
