Find the cash tied up in stock that is not selling

**Objective:** List items in class `{item-class-code}` (default all) that have stock on hand but no sales in `{no-sales-days}` days (default 180), ranked by the value tied up in them.

Pass `{company}` as `company` on every call (if it is empty, omit `company` and the default company is used). Pass a generous `max-records` (1000). If a result comes back with exactly that many rows, say the result may be truncated.

**Step 1: Stock on hand**

Call `dynamics-gp-get-iv-item-quantity` with `item-class-code` when given and `quantity-on-hand.min` of 1. Use the item-level rows (by `record-type`). Value = quantity on hand times `current-cost`.

**Step 2: Recent sales**

Call `dynamics-gp-get-rm-sales-line-item` with `document-date.from` at the threshold. Any item with an invoice line there is not slow moving; drop it.

**Step 3: Last movement**

For the 25 highest-value remaining items, call `dynamics-gp-get-iv-inventory-transaction` by `item-number` for the latest movement of any kind, and note `quantity-on-order` and `quantity-allocated` from Step 1 (stock still being bought or already promised is a different problem).

**Step 4: Report**

Total value in slow-moving stock, then a table: item, description, class, on hand, value, on order, allocated, last movement date and type, last count date. Call out items still on order as the first to stop buying.
