Spend pipeline review time on the deals that need it
For sales managers running a pipeline review who want problem deals flagged with one action each, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
The deals that need attention are easiest to scroll past
A pipeline review means scanning every open Salesforce deal for past close dates, missing next steps, odd probabilities and big deals with nothing planned. On a long list, the deals that most need attention are the easiest to miss.
Without PopdockAI
- Scroll through every open deal
- Spot past close dates and blank next steps by eye
- Check probability against stage from memory
- Run out of time before the big quiet deals
With PopdockAI
- Open deals in the window, including past due ones, are read
- Each deal is checked against stated rules
- Big deals are checked for open tasks
- Read only, with five deals to act on first
The prompt

**Objective:** Review the open opportunities owned by `{owner}` (default: all owners) that close within the next `{close-within-days}` days (default 90), and say which deals need attention.
**Step 1: Pull the pipeline**
Call `salesforce-get-opportunity` with `closed` false, `close-date.to` set to today plus `{close-within-days}` days, and `owner.contains` set to `{owner}` when it is given. Do not set `close-date.from`, so deals whose close date has already passed are included. Use `max-records` 500.
**Step 2: Flag each deal against these rules**
* **Overdue:** close date is in the past but the deal is still open.
* **No next step:** next-step is empty.
* **Stage/probability mismatch:** a late stage (Proposal, Negotiation or similar) with probability under 50, or an early stage with probability over 70.
* **Unforecast:** forecast-category is Omitted or empty on a deal closing this quarter.
* **Big and quiet:** the largest 20 percent of deals by amount. For each, call `salesforce-get-task` with `related-to-id` set to the opportunity-id and `closed` false; flag it if it has no open task.
**Step 3: Report**
* Totals: count and amount by stage, and by forecast category.
* A table of flagged deals: name, account, owner, stage, amount, close date, and every flag it hit.
* The five deals to act on first, with one concrete action each ("move close date", "log next step", "confirm budget with the contact").
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any write tool: `salesforce-add-account`, `salesforce-add-contact`, `salesforce-add-lead`, `salesforce-add-opportunity`, `salesforce-add-case`, `salesforce-add-task`, `salesforce-add-asset`, `salesforce-add-campaign`, `salesforce-update-account`, `salesforce-update-contact`, `salesforce-update-lead`, `salesforce-update-opportunity`, `salesforce-update-case`, `salesforce-update-task` or `salesforce-update-asset`.
* Recommend changes; never make them. Point to the `advance-opportunity` prompt for applying one.
**Validation:**
* If no opportunities match, say so and stop.
* If `{owner}` matches several users, report them together and say which owner names were included.Who it's for
