The problem

One to ones that miss what is slipping

A one to one goes better when you know what is overdue, what is due this week and which deals have nothing planned. In Salesforce that means filtering tasks, events and opportunities separately and matching them by hand.

Without PopdockAI

  • Filter the rep's tasks for overdue and due soon
  • Check their calendar of meetings
  • List their open deals separately
  • Match deals to activity by hand

With PopdockAI

  • Open tasks, upcoming meetings and open deals are read together
  • Each deal is checked for a related task or event
  • Quiet deals are listed largest first
  • Read only

Prompt
**Objective:** Show what `{user-name}` has on their plate: overdue tasks, tasks due in the next `{days-ahead}` days (default 7), upcoming meetings, and open deals with no activity planned.

**Step 1: Resolve the user**

Call `salesforce-get-user` with `name` set to `{user-name}`, falling back to `name.contains`. If more than one matches, list them (name, username, role) and stop.

**Step 2: Gather**

* `salesforce-get-task` with `assigned-to-id` set to the user-id, `closed` false, and `due-date.to` today plus `{days-ahead}` days.
* `salesforce-get-event` with `assigned-to-id`, `start.from` today and `start.to` today plus `{days-ahead}` days.
* `salesforce-get-opportunity` with `owner` set to the user's name and `closed` false. For each, check whether any of the tasks or events above has that opportunity-id as its related-to-id.

**Step 3: Report**

* Overdue tasks (subject, related to, due date, days overdue, priority), oldest first.
* Tasks due soon, then the event schedule by day.
* Open opportunities with no task or event planned, largest first.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any write tool: `salesforce-add-account`, `salesforce-add-contact`, `salesforce-add-lead`, `salesforce-add-opportunity`, `salesforce-add-case`, `salesforce-add-task`, `salesforce-add-asset`, `salesforce-add-campaign`, `salesforce-update-account`, `salesforce-update-contact`, `salesforce-update-lead`, `salesforce-update-opportunity`, `salesforce-update-case`, `salesforce-update-task` or `salesforce-update-asset`.
* Point to `reschedule-overdue-tasks` for moving overdue tasks.

**Validation:**

* If the user has nothing open, say so.
