Prepare sales tax from a checked summary

**Objective:** Summarise sales and purchase tax by tax detail for `{from-date}` to `{to-date}`, ready to check against a tax return.

Pass `{company}` as `company` on every call (if it is empty, omit `company` and the default company is used). Pass a generous `max-records` (1000). If a result comes back with exactly that many rows, say the result may be truncated.

**Step 1: Tax lines**

Call `dynamics-gp-get-cmp-tax-detail-trx` with `document-date.from` and `document-date.to`. Drop rows where `voided` is set.

**Step 2: Summarise**

Group by `tax-detail-type` (sales or purchases) and then `tax-detail-id` (with `tax-detail-description`). For each: document count, `taxable-sales-purchases`, `total-sales-purchases`, `tax-amount`, and the effective rate (tax divided by taxable).

**Step 3: Anomalies**

* Tax lines with tax but zero taxable amount, or taxable amount but zero tax.
* Lines whose effective rate differs from the tax detail's usual rate by more than half a percentage point.
* Lines posted (`posting-date`) outside the period although dated inside it, or the reverse.
* Tax posted to more than one `account-number` for the same tax detail.

**Step 4: Report**

Two tables (sales, purchases) with the Step 2 columns and totals, then net tax (sales tax minus purchase tax), then the anomalies with document number, series, customer or vendor id and amounts.
