The problem

Unhappy customers with big deals go unnoticed

Bad satisfaction scores sit in the help desk while the revenue they threaten sits in the CRM. Nobody connects the two, so an unhappy customer with a large open deal gets no attention until it is too late.

Without PopdockAI

  • Pull bad ratings from Zendesk
  • Work out the company behind each one
  • Search Attio for their open deals
  • Notice the risk after the deal stalls

With PopdockAI

  • Recent bad ratings are traced to the customer
  • Each customer is looked up in Attio by domain
  • Customers are sorted by total open deal value
  • Comments are quoted word for word and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** List customers who left a bad satisfaction rating in Zendesk in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30) and show their Attio deals.

**Step 1: Find bad ratings**

Call `zendesk-get-satisfaction-rating` (Zendesk server) with `score` set to bad and `created.from` set to the start of the window. If none come back, say so and stop. Keep `ticket-id`, `requester-id`, `comment` and `assignee-name`.

**Step 2: Identify the customers**

For each `ticket-id`, call `zendesk-get-ticket` (Zendesk server) to get `requester-email` and `organization-name`. Group ratings by organization.

**Step 3: Look them up in Attio**

For each organization, call `zendesk-get-organization` (Zendesk server) for its `domain-names`, then call `attio-get-record-companies` (Attio server) with `domains` set to each domain. If no company matches, list the organization as not in the CRM. For each matched company call `attio-get-record-deals` (Attio server) with `associated-company` set to the company name and report deals whose stage is not won or lost.

**Step 4: Report**

A table: customer, bad ratings count, latest `comment`, assignee, open Attio deals (name, stage, value, owner). Sort by total open deal value. End with the three most urgent follow-ups.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `zendesk-*` tools are on the Zendesk server; `attio-*` tools are on the Attio server.
* Read-only. Do not call `zendesk-add-ticket-comment`, `zendesk-update-ticket`, `attio-update-deal` or `attio-add-deal`.

**Validation:**

* Quote rating comments verbatim; do not paraphrase them.
* Say how many customers had no CRM match.
