One customer history across 2Checkout and Dynamics 365 Sales
For support and account teams who ask their AI assistant to combine a customer's billing history with their CRM opportunities, invoices and cases.

The problem
One customer question means two systems and a guess
Billing and account teams open 2Checkout for subscriptions and orders and Dynamics 365 Sales for opportunities, invoices and cases, then stitch the history together. Orders can only be found by name, so the wrong person is easy to pull in.
Without PopdockAI
- Look up subscriptions and orders in 2Checkout
- Find the contact and account in Dynamics 365 Sales
- Read opportunities, invoices and cases one screen at a time
- Pull in the wrong order from a shared last name
With PopdockAI
- Customer, subscriptions and orders read from 2Checkout
- Contact, account, opportunities, invoices and cases read from Dynamics 365 Sales
- Name based order matches labelled as probable
- Read only, with three observations to act on

**Objective:** Build a single view of the customer with email `{email}` from both systems, looking back `{lookback-days}` days (default 365) for CRM dates.
**Step 1: Billing side (2Checkout)**
Call `2checkout-get-customer` with `email`. Then call `2checkout-get-subscription` with `end-user-email` set to the email, and `2checkout-get-order` with `billing-last-name` taken from the customer. If the customer is not found, say so and continue with the CRM side only.
**Step 2: CRM side (Dynamics 365 Sales)**
Call `dynamics-365-sales-get-contacts` with `email`; take `parent-customer` as the account. With the account call `dynamics-365-sales-get-opportunities` (`potential-customer`), `dynamics-365-sales-get-invoices` (`customer`, `created-on.from` the lookback start) and `dynamics-365-sales-get-incidents` (`customer`, `created-on.from` the lookback start).
**Step 3: Report**
Sections: Identity (both systems), Subscriptions (product-name, status, expiration-date), Orders (reference-number, order-date, gross-price, currency), Opportunities (topic, sales-stage, est-revenue), Invoices (name, total-amount, amount-due, status), Cases (case-number, priority, status). Finish with 3 observations such as an unpaid CRM invoice alongside an active subscription.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `2checkout-*` tools are on the 2checkout server; `dynamics-365-sales-*` tools are on the Dynamics 365 Sales server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call any create, update, add, delete or other write tool on either server, including `dynamics-365-sales-create-account`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-contact`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-lead`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-case`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-note`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-task`, `2checkout-customer-add` and `2checkout-subscription-update`.
* Orders matched on last name only are probable matches; label them so.
**Validation:**
* If the contact exists but has no `parent-customer`, skip account-level calls and say so.
* If either system has no record, say which and still report the other side.

How it works
What PopdockAI does when you ask
You give an email and a lookback period, and your AI assistant reads both systems. Uncertain matches are labelled, and nothing is written to either side.
01
Ask
You give the customer email and, if you like, how many days to look back.
02
Billing
It reads the customer, subscriptions and orders in 2Checkout.
03
CRM
It finds the contact and account in Dynamics 365 Sales, then opportunities, invoices and cases.
04
Report
You get a sectioned summary and three observations, with name based order matches labelled probable.
