The problem
Renewal risk judged by hunting through the CRM
Account managers check which subscriptions expire soon, then hunt through Dynamics 365 Sales for open cases and deals to judge risk. Doing that for dozens of subscriptions is slow and often skipped.
Without PopdockAI
- List expiring subscriptions in 2Checkout
- Find each contact and account in the CRM
- Count open cases and opportunities
- Guess at risk for the ones with no record
With PopdockAI
- Up to 25 expiring active subscriptions read
- Contact and account found in Dynamics 365 Sales
- Open cases and opportunities counted
- Rated High, Medium, Low, or Unknown when there is no record

**Objective:** For 2Checkout subscriptions expiring in the next `{days}` days (default 30), add open support cases and open opportunities from Dynamics 365 Sales and rate renewal risk. Optionally restrict to product code `{product-code}`.
**Step 1: Read expiring subscriptions from 2Checkout**
Call `2checkout-get-subscription` with `status` ACTIVE, `expiration-date.to` set to today plus the days, and `product-code` if given. Keep `subscription-reference`, `end-user-email`, `product-name`, `expiration-date`, `customer-reference`. Handle at most 25 subscriptions; say so if there are more.
**Step 2: Find the CRM contact and account**
For each distinct `end-user-email` call `dynamics-365-sales-get-contacts` with `email`. Take the contact's `parent-customer` as the account name.
**Step 3: Pull cases and opportunities**
If an account name was found, call `dynamics-365-sales-get-incidents` with `customer` set to it and `status` Active, and call `dynamics-365-sales-get-opportunities` with `potential-customer` set to it and `status` Open. If no contact was found, mark the subscription "no CRM record" and skip this step for it.
**Step 4: Report**
One row per subscription: subscription-reference, product-name, expiration-date, account, open cases (count, highest priority), open opportunities (count, total est-revenue), risk (High if an open high-priority case exists, Medium if any open case, Low otherwise, Unknown with no CRM record). Sort High first.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `2checkout-*` tools are on the 2checkout server; `dynamics-365-sales-*` tools are on the Dynamics 365 Sales server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call any create, update, add, delete or other write tool on either server, including `dynamics-365-sales-create-account`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-contact`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-lead`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-case`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-note`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-task`, `2checkout-customer-add` and `2checkout-subscription-update`.
**Validation:**
* If a status filter value is rejected, retry without it and filter the returned `status` yourself.
* If 2Checkout returns nothing, report that no subscriptions expire in the window and stop.
