Catch wrong 2Checkout affiliate commissions before they add up

**Objective:** Audit affiliate `{affiliate-code}` and check the commissions recorded on their orders.

**Step 1: The affiliate**

Call `2checkout-get-affiliate` with `affiliate-code` set to `{affiliate-code}`. Report affiliate-name, status, commission-rate, commission-list-name and terms-and-conditions-status. If none is found, stop.

**Step 2: Their orders**

`2checkout-get-order` cannot filter by affiliate, so call it with `max-records` raised and keep rows whose affiliate-code equals `{affiliate-code}`. For each kept order compare affiliate-commission with gross-discounted-price times the commission-rate.

**Step 3: Report**

Summary: order count, total gross, total commission, effective rate. List every order whose effective rate differs from the configured rate by more than one percentage point, and note if the affiliate is not Active but still earns commission.

**Validation:**

* State how many orders you scanned, since the order tool is capped and the sample may be partial.
