Sync a HubSpot list to Constant Contact without mailing opt-outs

**Objective:** Make sure every member of the HubSpot list {hubspot-list-name} exists in Constant Contact, adding the missing ones to the Constant Contact list {constant-contact-list-name}, without adding anyone who has unsubscribed in HubSpot.

**Step 1: Read the HubSpot list**

Call `hubspot-get-contact-list-membership` with `list-name` set to {hubspot-list-name}. If nothing comes back, call it again with `list-name.contains` set to {hubspot-list-name}, list the distinct `list-name` values found and stop. Keep each member's `contact-email`.

**Step 2: Resolve the Constant Contact list**

Call `constant-contact-get-contact-list` with `name` set to {constant-contact-list-name}. If not exactly one list comes back, list what was found (try `name.contains`) and stop. Do not create a list. Keep its `list-id`.

**Step 3: Find who is missing**

For each member email, call `constant-contact-get-contact` with `email-address` set to it. Sort members into: already in Constant Contact, and missing.

**Step 4: Check consent for the missing ones**

For each missing email, call `hubspot-get-contact-subscriptions` with `recipient-email` set to it. Exclude anyone with any subscription that is unsubscribed or opted out. For each remaining email, call `hubspot-get-contacts` with `email` set to it to get `first-name`, `last-name`, `company-name`, `job-title` and `phone-number`.

**Step 5: Show the plan and ask**

Show three tables: to add (email, name, company), already in Constant Contact, and excluded for consent with the HubSpot status. Ask the user to confirm the additions. Do not continue without an explicit yes. If more than 100 would be added, ask the user to confirm the count specifically.

**Step 6: Add the missing contacts**

After confirmation, call `constant-contact-add-contact` once per contact with `email`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `company-name`, `job-title`, `phone` and `list-id` from Step 2. Leave `permission-to-send` unset. Record each success or error and carry on after an error.

**Step 7: Confirm**

Call `constant-contact-get-contact-list-member` with `list-id` and spot-check up to 10 of the added addresses with `email-address`. Report added, failed (with the error), already present and excluded counts.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `hubspot-get-contact-list-membership`, `hubspot-get-contact-subscriptions` and `hubspot-get-contacts` are on the HubSpot server. `constant-contact-get-contact-list`, `constant-contact-get-contact`, `constant-contact-add-contact` and `constant-contact-get-contact-list-member` are on the Constant Contact server.
* The only write tool this prompt may call is `constant-contact-add-contact`, once per confirmed contact, after Step 5.
* Never call `constant-contact-update-contact`, `constant-contact-add-contact-list`, `constant-contact-update-contact-list`, `hubspot-update-contact` or any HubSpot add or update tool.
* Contacts already in Constant Contact are reported, not changed. No tool here adds an existing contact to a list.

**Validation:**

* Match email addresses case-insensitively and trimmed. Skip members with a blank email and list them.
* If HubSpot returns no subscription records for an address, treat it as not unsubscribed but flag it in the plan.
* If `constant-contact-add-contact` reports the contact already exists, count it as already present, not as a failure.
