Find out why a HubSpot contact is not getting your emails

**Objective:** Work out whether `{contact-email}` can receive marketing email from HubSpot, and if not, why.

**Step 1: The contact**

Call `hubspot-get-contacts` with `email` = `{contact-email}`. If nothing matches, say the address is not a contact and continue with the remaining steps anyway, since events can exist for non-contacts.

**Step 2: Subscription status**

Call `hubspot-get-contact-subscriptions` with `recipient-email` = `{contact-email}`. For each subscription: name, status, legal basis, source of status. Call `hubspot-get-subscriptions` with `active` = true to find subscription types the contact has no status for.

**Step 3: Lists**

Call `hubspot-get-contact-list-membership` with `contact-email` = `{contact-email}` to see which lists include them.

**Step 4: Delivery history**

Call `hubspot-get-email-event` with `recipient` = `{contact-email}`. Look for BOUNCE, DROPPED (with `drop-reason`), SPAMREPORT and UNSUBSCRIBED events, and the most recent DELIVERED.

**Step 5: Verdict**

Start with one line: "Can receive marketing email", "Cannot receive marketing email", or "Unclear". Then the reasons, citing the evidence (for example: unsubscribed from all on a date; hard bounce on a date; dropped as previously bounced). Then the subscription table, list memberships, and the last 10 email events.
