The problem

Your best online buyers never reach the sales team

High-spending store customers often live only in Mailchimp, so sales never sees them in HubSpot. Finding them means exporting customers by spend and searching HubSpot one email at a time.

Without PopdockAI

  • Export Mailchimp store customers and sort by spend
  • Search HubSpot for each email by hand
  • Retype missing customers as new contacts
  • Create duplicates when one email spans two stores

With PopdockAI

  • Top store customers are read from Mailchimp by spend
  • Each email is checked in HubSpot with its lifecycle stage
  • Only the customers you confirm are created
  • Shared emails become one contact and Mailchimp is only read

Prompt
**Objective:** Find Mailchimp e-commerce customers who have spent at least `{min-total-spent}` (default 500 if blank) and have no HubSpot contact, checking at most `{max-customers}` customers (default 50 if blank), and create the missing contacts in HubSpot only after the user confirms.

**Step 1: High-value store customers**

Call `mailchimp-get-customer` with `total-spent.min` set to the threshold and `max-records` set to the limit. Note `email`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `company`, `phone`, `total-spent`, `orders-count` and `store-id`. If nothing comes back, say so and stop.

**Step 2: Carry each email into HubSpot**

For each customer with an email, call `hubspot-get-contacts` with `email` set to it. If a contact comes back, the customer is already in HubSpot; note the `contact-owner` and `lifecycle-stage`. If none comes back, the customer is missing.

**Step 3: Confirm**

Show two tables: Already in HubSpot (name, email, total spent, HubSpot lifecycle stage) and Missing from HubSpot (name, email, company, total spent, orders). Ask the user to confirm which missing customers to create. Do nothing further until they say yes.

**Step 4: Create the confirmed contacts**

For each confirmed customer, call `hubspot-add-contact` once with `email`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `company-name` (from `company`) and `phone`. Leave `lifecycle-stage`, `lead-status` and `owner-id` unset unless the user gave values in Step 3.

**Step 5: Report**

How many contacts were created, any that failed and why, and the Already in HubSpot table's customers whose lifecycle stage is not customer, as a hint for the user to review.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `mailchimp-get-customer` is on the Mailchimp server; `hubspot-get-contacts` and `hubspot-add-contact` are on the HubSpot server.
* Match on email address only, compared case-insensitively with surrounding spaces trimmed. Never match on name alone.
* The only write allowed is `hubspot-add-contact`, once per confirmed customer, after Step 3. Do not call `hubspot-update-contact` on customers who already exist, and do not create companies or deals.
* Do not call `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-list-member`, `mailchimp-add-customer`, `mailchimp-update-customer`, `mailchimp-add-segment-member`, `mailchimp-start-automation`, `mailchimp-pause-automation`, `mailchimp-replicate-campaign`, `mailchimp-update-product` or `mailchimp-update-order`. Mailchimp is read-only in this prompt.

**Validation:**

* Skip customers with no email and count them.
* If two Mailchimp customers share an email (for example from two stores), create one HubSpot contact and add their spend together in the report, per currency.
