Put active Intacct customers on your Constant Contact list

**Objective:** Add active Sage Intacct customers that are missing from Constant Contact to the existing contact list `{list-name}`, optionally only customers of type `{customer-type}` in state `{customer-state}`.

**Step 1: Resolve the list**

Call `constant-contact-get-contact-list` with `name` set to `{list-name}`. If nothing matches, retry with `name.contains`; if several match, list them and stop so the user can pick. If the list does not exist, say so and stop. Keep the list-id.

**Step 2: Read the customers**

Call `intacct-get-customer` with `status` set to active, `max-records` set to 200, and `customer-type` and `state` set from `{customer-type}` and `{customer-state}` when given. Skip customers with a blank email and count them.

**Step 3: Classify each email**

Call `constant-contact-get-contact` with `email-address` for each customer email:

* not found: To add
* found and permission-to-send is unsubscribed: Unsubscribed, never add
* found: call `constant-contact-get-contact-list-member` with `contact-id` and `list-id`. On the list: Already on list. Not on the list: Exists, not on list

**Step 4: Confirm**

Show the counts for every group and the To add rows (customer name, email). Ask the user how these customers gave permission: explicit only if they opted in directly, otherwise implicit. Do not proceed without an explicit yes.

**Step 5: Create**

For each To add row, call `constant-contact-add-contact` once with `email`, `company-name` set to the Intacct customer-name, `list-id` and `permission-to-send`. If a call fails, record the error and continue with the next row.

**Step 6: Verify and report**

Call `constant-contact-get-contact-list-member` with `list-id` and confirm the new contacts appear. Report added, failed (with the error), already on list, unsubscribed, no email. List the Exists, not on list contacts and say they must be added to the list in Constant Contact, because these tools can only set a list when creating a contact.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with intacct are on the intacct server; tools whose names start with constant-contact are on the constant-contact server.
* `constant-contact-add-contact` is the only write tool this prompt may call, and only after the confirmation in Step 4. Do not call `constant-contact-update-contact`, `constant-contact-add-contact-list`, `constant-contact-update-contact-list`, `intacct-update-customer` or `intacct-create-contact`. Do not create the list.
* Never mark permission as explicit unless the user states these customers opted in.

**Validation:**

* Compare emails case-insensitively and trimmed, and add each address at most once even if several customers share it.
* Skip an email that is not a valid address and list it in the report.
