The problem
Bounces pile up long before anyone checks
Bounces build quietly in Constant Contact, campaign after campaign, and hurt your sender reputation. Finding repeat bouncers, typo domains and campaigns over a safe rate means exporting reports and grouping them by hand.
Without PopdockAI
- Export bounce reports campaign by campaign
- Group addresses by hand to find repeat bouncers
- Spot misspelt domains by scanning the list
- Work out bounce rates in a spreadsheet
With PopdockAI
- Every bounce in the window is counted by type
- Repeat bouncers and suspect domains are grouped for you
- Campaigns over 2 percent are flagged
- A single soft bounce is never marked for removal, and nothing changes

**Objective:** Audit bounces from the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 90) and identify the addresses and domains that should be cleaned from the lists.
**Step 1: Pull the bounces**
Compute the start date as today minus `{lookback-days}` days (90 if blank). Call `constant-contact-get-campaign-bounce` with `created-date.from` set to that date. If `{domain}` is given, also set `email-address.contains` to `{domain}`. Raise `max-records` if the result looks truncated.
**Step 2: Analyse**
* Count bounces by bounce-type.
* Group by email-address and find repeat bouncers: addresses that bounced on two or more different campaigns.
* Group by the domain part of email-address and list the domains with the most bounces. A single domain with many bounces of the same type suggests a blocking or typo domain (gmial.com, hotmial.com) rather than bad individual addresses.
* Call `constant-contact-get-campaign` with `last-sent-date.from` set to the same start date and work out each campaign's bounce rate (bounces / sends). Flag any campaign above 2%.
**Step 3: Check the worst offenders**
For up to 10 repeat bouncers, call `constant-contact-get-contact` with `email-address` to show their permission-to-send and created-date, and `constant-contact-get-contact-list-member` with `email-address` to show which lists they are on.
**Step 4: Report**
1. Bounces by type, with counts.
2. Campaigns above a 2% bounce rate.
3. Top 10 domains by bounces, flagging likely typo domains.
4. A table of repeat bouncers: email, bounce count, bounce types, lists they are on.
5. A recommended clean-up list, split into: remove (repeat hard bounces), watch (one bounce or soft bounces only).
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This is read-only. Do not call `constant-contact-update-contact`, `constant-contact-update-contact-list` or any other add or update tool. The user decides what to remove.
* Treat a single soft bounce as normal; do not recommend removing it.
**Validation:**
* If there are no bounces in the period, say so and report the period checked.Who it's for
