The problem
An opt-out on a key contact is easy to miss
Before a call a rep wants open opportunities and campaign history from Salesforce and email engagement from Constant Contact. Checking both takes time, and an unsubscribe or hard bounce on a key contact slips by.
Without PopdockAI
- Look up the contact or lead in Salesforce
- Check open opportunities and campaign history
- Search Constant Contact for opens and clicks
- Miss the hard bounce before the call
With PopdockAI
- Every Salesforce contact or lead match is reported
- Open opportunities and campaign responses are listed
- Constant Contact activity comes as a dated table
- Bounces and opt-outs that matter are flagged, nothing changes

**Objective:** Build a single view of the person with email address `{email}`: who they are in Salesforce, and how they have engaged with Constant Contact email over the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 90).
**Step 1: Find the person in Salesforce**
Call `salesforce-get-contact` with `email` = `{email}`. If no contact comes back, call `salesforce-get-lead` with `email` = `{email}`. If more than one record matches, list them (name, account or company, owner) and use all of them in the report. If neither returns anything, record the person as absent from Salesforce and continue to Step 3.
**Step 2: Add the Salesforce context**
For a contact, take `account-id` from the contact and call `salesforce-get-opportunity` with `account-id` and `closed` = false to list open opportunities. Then call `salesforce-get-campaign-member` with `email` = `{email}` to see which Salesforce campaigns they belong to and whether they responded.
**Step 3: Find the person in Constant Contact**
Call `constant-contact-get-contact` with `email-address` = `{email}`. Note `permission-to-send`, `tags` and `contact-id`. If no contact comes back, report the person as absent from Constant Contact and skip Step 4.
**Step 4: Read their email engagement**
With `contact-id` from Step 3 and `created-date.from` set to today minus the lookback window, call `constant-contact-get-campaign-open`, `constant-contact-get-campaign-click`, `constant-contact-get-campaign-bounce` and `constant-contact-get-campaign-unsubscribe`. To name the campaigns, call `constant-contact-get-campaign` with each distinct `campaign-id`.
**Step 5: Report**
* **Salesforce:** record type (contact or lead), name, title, account or company, owner, open opportunities (name, stage, amount, close date), campaign memberships.
* **Constant Contact:** permission to send, tags, and a table of engagement (date, campaign, event: open, click with link, bounce, unsubscribe), newest first.
* **Read:** one or two sentences on how engaged this person is and anything sales should know (for example an unsubscribe or hard bounce on someone with an open opportunity).
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools named `salesforce-*` are on the salesforce server; tools named `constant-contact-*` are on the constant-contact server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `salesforce-add-task`, `salesforce-update-contact`, `salesforce-update-lead`, `constant-contact-update-contact`, `constant-contact-add-contact-note` or any other add, update or resend tool.
**Validation:**
* Compare email addresses case-insensitively and ignore surrounding spaces.
* If the person exists in only one system, say so plainly and report what that system has.
* If neither system has the email, say so and stop.Who it's for
