For sales teams who want Constant Contact clickers given follow-up tasks on the right Salesforce record, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Campaign clicks vanish without a follow-up task
A campaign click is a buying signal, but in Salesforce it disappears unless someone creates a task. Doing that for every clicker means finding their contact or lead, checking for an existing task and noting what they clicked.
Without PopdockAI
- Export clickers from Constant Contact
- Find each person as a contact or lead
- Check whether a task already exists
- Create tasks one at a time, or not at all
With PopdockAI
- Each clicker is matched to one contact or lead
- Ambiguous emails go to a needs review list
- People with a task for this campaign are skipped
- You see each planned task before anything is created

**Objective:** For everyone who clicked the Constant Contact campaign `{campaign-name}` and exists in Salesforce, create one Salesforce follow-up task on their contact or lead, assigned to `{assignee-email}` (default: the record's owner, by leaving the assignee unset), due in `{due-days}` days (default 3).
**Step 1: Identify the campaign and its clickers in Constant Contact**
Call `constant-contact-get-campaign` with `name.contains` = `{campaign-name}`. If more than one matches, list them and stop. Then call `constant-contact-get-campaign-click` with its `campaign-id`, and reduce to distinct `email-address` values with the links each person clicked.
**Step 2: Match each clicker in Salesforce**
For each email, call `salesforce-get-contact` with `email`; if nothing comes back, call `salesforce-get-lead` with `email`. Keep the `contact-id` or `lead-id`. Skip emails that match neither and count them. If an email matches more than one record, put it in a "needs review" list and do not create a task for it.
**Step 3: Resolve the assignee**
If `{assignee-email}` is set, call `salesforce-get-user` with `email` = `{assignee-email}` and take `user-id`. If no active user matches, stop and say so.
**Step 4: Avoid duplicates**
For each matched record, call `salesforce-get-task` with `name-id` = the contact or lead id and `subject.contains` = the campaign name. Skip records that already have such a task.
**Step 5: Confirm before writing**
Show a table of the tasks you intend to create: name, record type, email, links clicked, assignee, due date. Ask the user to confirm. Do not continue without an explicit yes.
**Step 6: Create the tasks**
For each confirmed record, call `salesforce-add-task` with `who-id` = the contact or lead id, `subject` = "Follow up: clicked <campaign name>", `comments` listing the links clicked and the click dates, `status` = "Not Started", `due-date` = today plus the due window, and `assigned-to-id` only if Step 3 resolved one.
**Step 7: Report**
A table: name, email, result (task id, skipped as duplicate, or error). Then counts: clickers, not in Salesforce, needs review, duplicates skipped, created, failed.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools named `constant-contact-*` are on the constant-contact server; tools named `salesforce-*` are on the salesforce server.
* The only write tool this prompt may call is `salesforce-add-task`, on the salesforce server, and only after the user confirms in Step 5.
* Do NOT call `salesforce-update-task`, `salesforce-update-lead`, `salesforce-update-contact`, `salesforce-add-lead` or any Constant Contact add or update tool.
**Validation:**
* Compare email addresses case-insensitively and ignore surrounding spaces.
* If the campaign has no clicks, say so and stop.
* If one create fails, report it and carry on with the rest.Who it's for

How it works
What PopdockAI does when you ask

Ask
You name the campaign, and optionally an assignee and due window.
02
Match
It matches each clicker to one Salesforce contact or lead.
03
Check
It skips people with a task for this campaign and checks the assignee.
04
Confirm
You see each planned task with the links clicked, then they are created.
