Find BigCommerce customers missing from Constant Contact

**Objective:** Find BigCommerce customers created since `{since-date}` (default: 30 days ago) who do not exist in Constant Contact, up to `{max-customers}` customers (default 50).

**Step 1: List the customers**

Call `bigcommerce-get-customer` (bigcommerce server) with `date-created.from` set to `{since-date}` and `max-records` set to `{max-customers}`. Keep each customer's `email`, name, company and id.

**Step 2: Check each one in Constant Contact**

For each customer, call `constant-contact-get-contact` (constant-contact server) with `email-address` set to the customer's email. Record whether a contact exists and its `permission-to-send` value.

**Step 3: Report**

A table of customers with no Constant Contact contact (name, email, company, date created), then a second table of customers who do exist but whose permission-to-send is not granted. Finish with counts: checked, missing, present, not permitted.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `bigcommerce-get-customer` is on the bigcommerce server; `constant-contact-get-contact` is on the constant-contact server.
* Read only. Do not call `constant-contact-add-contact`, `constant-contact-update-contact` or `bigcommerce-customer-update`.

**Validation:**

* Skip customers with a blank email and list them separately.
* Compare emails case-insensitively and trim spaces.
* If BigCommerce returns no customers, say so and stop.
