Find big BigCommerce spenders Constant Contact has not emailed

**Objective:** Find BigCommerce customers with a single order of at least `{min-order-total}` since `{since-date}` (default: 180 days ago) who have had no Constant Contact campaign send in the last `{quiet-days}` days (default 60).

**Step 1: Find big orders**

Call `bigcommerce-get-order` (bigcommerce server) with `total-including-tax.min` set to `{min-order-total}`, `date-created.from` set to `{since-date}` and `max-records` 100. Collect unique `customer-id` and `billing-email` values.

**Step 2: Get the customers**

For each customer id, call `bigcommerce-get-customer` (bigcommerce server) with `id` to confirm the email. Skip guest orders (customer id 0) and list them separately using `billing-email`.

**Step 3: Check recent sends**

For each email call `constant-contact-get-contact` (constant-contact server) with `email-address`, then `constant-contact-get-campaign-send` (constant-contact server) with `email-address` and `created-date.from` set to the start of the quiet period.

**Step 4: Report**

Three groups: not in Constant Contact, in Constant Contact with no send in the quiet period, and recently emailed. For the first two, show name, email, order total and last order date.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `bigcommerce-get-order` and `bigcommerce-get-customer` are on the bigcommerce server; constant-contact tools are on the constant-contact server.
* Read only. Do not call `constant-contact-add-contact` or any update or delete tool.

**Validation:**

* If no orders meet the threshold, say so and stop.
* Flag contacts whose `permission-to-send` is not granted as not emailable rather than as a gap.
