The problem
Job money and job delivery live in two different systems
A job's budget and costs sit in Business Central while its tasks sit in Asana. Seeing both means pulling usage against budget from one and open, overdue and unassigned tasks from the other, then working out whether they agree.
Without PopdockAI
- Pull budget and usage for the job from Business Central
- Open the Asana project and count overdue tasks
- Check the latest status update by hand
- Miss that cost is near budget while Asana says on track
With PopdockAI
- Cost used against budget is worked out from the job
- Open, overdue and unassigned Asana tasks are read with the latest status
- Disagreements between the two are flagged clearly
- One brief with a one line verdict, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Give a combined health brief for Business Central job `{job-number}`: its money from Business Central and its delivery from the matching Asana project. Read only.
**Step 1: Read the job in Business Central**
Call `business-central-get-job` with `job-number` set to `{job-number}` and `company` set to `{company}` if given. If nothing comes back, say the job was not found and stop. Keep `description`, `bill-to-name`, `status`, `starting-date`, `ending-date`, `person-responsible-name`, `recognized-sales-amount` and `recognized-costs-amount`.
Then call `business-central-get-job-task` with `job-number` set to `{job-number}`. For each task, keep `task-number`, `description`, `total-cost-budget`, `total-cost-usage`, `total-price-budget`, `total-price-usage` and `end-date`. Work out cost used as a percentage of budget, per task and in total.
**Step 2: Find the Asana project**
If `{project-id}` is given, use it. Otherwise call `asana-get-project` with `name.contains` set to `{job-number}`; if that returns nothing, try `name.contains` set to the job description. If more than one project matches, list them with their `project-id` and ask which one to use before continuing. If none matches, write the Business Central half of the brief, say no Asana project was found, and stop.
**Step 3: Read the project's work in Asana**
Call `asana-get-tasks` with `projects.contains` set to the project name and `completed` false. Count open tasks, overdue tasks (due on before today) and tasks with no assignee. Then call `asana-get-status-updates` with `parent-id` set to the project id and take the most recent one.
**Step 4: Report**
* Header: job number, description, customer, person responsible, Asana project name and link.
* Money: recognized sales, recognized costs, total cost budget vs usage with percentage, and the tasks over 90 percent of their cost budget.
* Delivery: open, overdue and unassigned task counts, the five most overdue tasks with assignee and due date, and the latest Asana status (type, title, date).
* Verdict: one line. Flag it clearly when the two sides disagree, for example cost usage above 90 percent while the Asana status says on track, or the job ending date has passed with open tasks remaining.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `business-central-get-job` and `business-central-get-job-task` are on the business-central server; `asana-get-project`, `asana-get-tasks` and `asana-get-status-updates` are on the asana server.
* Read only. Do not call `asana-create-status-for-project`, `asana-update-task`, `asana-update-project` or any other asana create, update or add tool, and no business-central create or update tool.
**Validation:**
* If a job task has a zero cost budget, show its usage and write n/a for the percentage rather than dividing by zero.
* If the project has no status updates, say so rather than inventing one.Who it's for
