See a salesperson's pipeline and workload, and what nobody is chasing
For sales managers who want Business Central pipeline and balances next to Asana tasks, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Deals and balances slip because nobody is tracking them
A salesperson's opportunities and customer balances sit in Business Central while their follow up work sits in Asana. A manager judging capacity or looking for deals nobody is chasing has to search both and match them up.
Without PopdockAI
- Pull open opportunities and balances from Business Central
- Open Asana and filter the salesperson's tasks
- Match each deal to a task by eye
- Miss the closing deal with no follow up
With PopdockAI
- Open opportunities and balances due are read together
- The salesperson's open Asana tasks are matched by email
- Closing deals and large balances with no task are listed
- Past due closing dates are flagged, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** For Business Central salesperson `{salesperson-code}`, show their open pipeline and customer balances from Business Central next to their open Asana work, so a manager can see whether they have capacity. Read only.
**Step 1: Identify the salesperson in Business Central**
Call `business-central-get-salesperson` with `salesperson-code` set to `{salesperson-code}` and `company` set to `{company}` if given. Keep `name` and `email`. If nothing comes back, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Read their pipeline and balances**
Call `business-central-get-opportunity` with `salesperson-code` set to `{salesperson-code}` and `closed` false. Keep `opportunity-number`, `description`, `contact-company-name`, `estimated-value`, `estimated-closing-date` and `status`.
Call `business-central-get-customer` with `salesperson-code` set to `{salesperson-code}` and `balance-due.min` set to 0.01. Keep `customer-number`, `name`, `balance-due` and `balance`.
**Step 3: Find them in Asana**
Call `asana-get-user` with `email` set to the salesperson's email. If nothing comes back, try `name` set to the salesperson's name. If still nothing, write the Business Central half, say the salesperson has no Asana user under that email, and stop.
Call `asana-get-tasks` with `assignee-id` set to the user's `user-id` and `completed` false. Keep `name`, `due-on`, `projects` and `url`.
**Step 4: Report**
* Pipeline: open opportunities with value and closing date, sorted by closing date, and the total estimated value. Flag opportunities whose closing date has passed.
* Balances: customers with a balance due, largest first, and the total.
* Asana workload: open task count, overdue count, and the tasks due in the next 14 days.
* Cross-check: for each opportunity closing in the next 30 days and each of the five largest balances, say whether an open Asana task mentions the opportunity number or the customer name. List the ones with no task as follow-ups with nothing tracked.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `business-central-get-salesperson`, `business-central-get-opportunity` and `business-central-get-customer` are on the business-central server; `asana-get-user` and `asana-get-tasks` are on the asana server.
* Read only. Do not call `asana-create-task`, `asana-update-task` or any other asana create or update tool, and do not call `business-central-update-opportunity` or any other business-central create or update tool.
**Validation:**
* Compare emails ignoring case.
* If the salesperson has no email in Business Central, match by name only and say that the match is by name.Who it's for
