The problem
Meeting prep scattered across Salesforce and Granola
Before an account meeting, a rep checks Salesforce for contacts, deals and cases, then searches Granola for earlier meetings with each person. Pieced together by hand, the history is patchy and open cases get missed.
Without PopdockAI
- Open the account, its contacts, deals and cases in Salesforce
- Search Granola for each contact one at a time
- Skim old meeting notes for what was agreed
- Walk in without seeing an open case
With PopdockAI
- The account and its contacts are found in one step
- Recent Granola meetings are matched by email and summarised
- Open opportunities and cases are added alongside
- Read only, and it stops if several accounts match

**Objective:** Prepare a brief for the next meeting with the account `{account-name}`, looking back `{lookback-days}` days (default 90) for earlier meetings.
**Step 1: Identify the account (salesforce server)**
Call `salesforce-get-account` with `name` set to `{account-name}`. If nothing matches, retry with `name.contains`. If more than one account matches, list them (name, `account-id`, `owner`) and stop.
**Step 2: Get the people (salesforce server)**
Call `salesforce-get-contact` with `account-id` from Step 1. Keep each contact's `name`, `email` and `title`.
**Step 3: Find earlier meetings (granola server)**
For each contact email, call `granola-get-attendee` with `email` set to it and `note-created.from` set to today minus the lookback days. Collect the distinct `note-id` values. For the most recent three, call `granola-get-note` with `id` set to the note id and read the `summary`.
**Step 4: Get the commercial and support context (salesforce server)**
Call `salesforce-get-opportunity` with `account-id` and `closed` false. Call `salesforce-get-case` with `account-id` and `closed` false.
**Step 5: Report**
Sections: Who we know (contacts), Recent meetings (date, title, 2 line summary), Open opportunities (name, `stage`, `amount`, `close-date`, `next-step`), Open cases (`case-number`, `subject`, `priority`), and Suggested topics for the meeting drawn only from the above.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `granola-*` tools are on the granola server; `salesforce-*` tools are on the salesforce server. Both must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call `salesforce-add-account`, `salesforce-add-contact`, `salesforce-add-lead`, `salesforce-add-opportunity`, `salesforce-add-case`, `salesforce-add-task`, `salesforce-add-asset`, `salesforce-add-campaign` or any `salesforce-update-*` tool.
**Validation:**
* If the account has no contacts with email, report that and skip Step 3.
* If no earlier meetings exist, say so plainly instead of inferring history.
