Qualify a Salesforce lead into account, contact and deal
For sales reps qualifying a lead who want the account, contact and opportunity set up without duplicates, by asking their AI assistant.

Connect Salesforce, pick your AI tool and paste the prompt.
The problem
Qualifying a lead creates duplicates and misses open deals
Qualifying a lead by hand means creating an account, a contact and an opportunity, copying details across and updating the lead. If the company or person already exists you create duplicates, and an open deal on the same account can be missed.
Without PopdockAI
- Search for an existing account and contact
- Create whatever is missing and copy details across
- Miss an open deal already on the account
- Update the lead status by hand
With PopdockAI
- Existing accounts and contacts are found and reused
- Open deals on the account are shown before you decide
- You review what is reused and created, then confirm
- A failure stops the run and reports what was created

**Objective:** Turn the lead with email `{lead-email}` into an account, a contact and an opportunity named `{opportunity-name}` (default: the company name followed by " - New business"), closing `{close-date}` (default: 90 days from today).
**Step 1: Resolve the lead**
Call `salesforce-get-lead` with `email` set to `{lead-email}` and `converted` false. Require exactly one match.
**Step 2: Find what already exists**
* `salesforce-get-account` with `name` set to the lead's company, then with `name.contains`. If exactly one matches, reuse it. If several match, ask which.
* `salesforce-get-contact` with `email` set to `{lead-email}`. If one exists, reuse it and do not create a contact.
* `salesforce-get-opportunity` with `account-id` (when the account exists) and `closed` false: show any open deals so the user can decide whether a new one is needed.
**Step 3: Confirm the plan**
Show the plan as a list: account (reuse or create, with name, industry, city, phone), contact (reuse or create, with name, title, email, phone), opportunity (name, stage Prospecting or Qualification, close date, lead source copied from the lead), and the lead's new status. Show the exact values you will send and wait for the user to confirm before any write. If they change anything, show the revised values and confirm again.
**Step 4: Execute in order, stopping on the first failure**
1. `salesforce-add-account` if creating; keep the returned id.
2. `salesforce-add-contact` with account-id, if creating; keep the returned id.
3. `salesforce-add-opportunity` with account-id, name, stage, close-date, lead-source.
4. `salesforce-update-lead` with `id` and `status` set to the qualified status the user confirmed.
**Step 5: Report**
Each record with its ID and whether it was reused or created.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* The only write tools this prompt may call are `salesforce-add-account`, `salesforce-add-contact`, `salesforce-add-opportunity` and `salesforce-update-lead`, each at most once, in that order.
* The connector cannot run Salesforce's native lead conversion, so the lead's converted flag will stay false. Say so in the report.
* If a step fails, report which records were already created. Do not delete them and do not retry.
**Validation:**
* If the lead is already converted, say so and stop.Who it's for
