See which people at an account attend your webinars
For account teams who want webinar registrations and attendance for an account's contacts set beside its open deals, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Webinar engagement you cannot see at account level
Before an account review you want to know whether anyone at the account registered for or attended your webinars, and whether that lines up with open deals. Checking means searching GoTo Webinar for each Salesforce contact in turn.
Without PopdockAI
- List the account's contacts in Salesforce
- Search GoTo Webinar for each email
- Note registrations and attendance by webinar
- Line it up with open deals by hand
With PopdockAI
- Contacts and open deals are read from Salesforce
- Each contact's registrations and attendance are checked
- Only contacts on this account count, never a domain search
- Read only, with deals marked for recent attendance

**Objective:** Show how the people at the Salesforce account `{account}` engaged with GoTo Webinar webinars over the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 90), in the context of the account's open opportunities.
**Step 1: Find the account**
Call `salesforce-get-account` (Salesforce) with `name.contains` set to `{account}`, or with `account-id` if `{account}` looks like a Salesforce id (15 or 18 characters starting with 001). If more than one account matches, list each one's name, billing-city and account-id and stop. If none match, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Read the account's people and deals**
Call `salesforce-get-contact` (Salesforce) with `account-id`. Keep name, email, title and owner, and drop contacts with a blank email. Then call `salesforce-get-opportunity` (Salesforce) with `account-id` and `closed` false; keep name, stage, amount, close-date and owner.
**Step 3: List the webinars in the window**
Call `goto-webinar-get-webinar` (GoTo Webinar) with `date.from` set to today minus `{lookback-days}` days (default 90) and `date.to` set to today. Keep each webinar-key, webinar-name and date.
**Step 4: Look up each contact in GoTo Webinar**
For each contact email, call `goto-webinar-get-registrant` (GoTo Webinar) with `email`, and `goto-webinar-get-attendee` (GoTo Webinar) with `email` and `date-attended.from` set to the start of the window. Keep only rows whose webinar-key is in the Step 3 list. If either tool refuses a call without a `webinar-key`, call it once per webinar-key from Step 3 with `email` instead.
**Step 5: Report**
- One line: how many contacts, how many engaged, how many webinars they touched.
- A table per engaged contact: name, title, webinar-name, date, registered or attended, minutes attended.
- The contacts with no webinar activity, as a single list.
- The open opportunities, and for each one note whether anyone at the account attended a webinar within 30 days before its close-date.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools starting goto-webinar- are on the GoTo Webinar server; tools starting salesforce- are on the Salesforce server. Both servers must be connected. If a tool from either one is missing, say which server is not connected and stop.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `salesforce-add-lead`, `salesforce-add-contact`, `salesforce-add-task`, `salesforce-update-lead`, `salesforce-update-contact`, `salesforce-update-campaign`, or any other Salesforce add or update tool. Do NOT call `goto-webinar-add-registrant` or `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`.
* Only contacts on this account count. Do not search GoTo Webinar by company or email domain.
**Validation:**
* If the account has no contacts with an email, say so and stop before calling GoTo Webinar.
* If no webinars fall in the window, say so, report the opportunities, and stop.
* Match emails case-insensitively and trimmed.Who it's for
