The problem
Owners still emailing people who opted out or bounced
Salesforce owners keep emailing contacts who unsubscribed or bounced in Constant Contact, because nothing tells them. Matching every opt out and bounce to a Salesforce record and owner by hand is slow enough that it rarely happens.
Without PopdockAI
- Export unsubscribes and bounces from each campaign
- Search Salesforce for each address
- Work out the owner and any open deals
- Owners keep sending to people who said no
With PopdockAI
- Every unsubscribe and bounce in the period is collected
- Each address is matched to a Salesforce contact or lead and owner
- Accounts with open opportunities are flagged first
- Read only, and temporary bounces are labelled
The prompt

**Objective:** List every Salesforce contact or lead who unsubscribed from, or had a bounce on, Constant Contact email in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30), so the record owner knows the address is opted out or bad.
**Step 1: Read opt-outs and bounces in Constant Contact**
With `created-date.from` set to today minus the lookback window, call `constant-contact-get-campaign-unsubscribe` and `constant-contact-get-campaign-bounce`. Reduce to distinct `email-address` values, keeping for each the latest event, its date, the unsubscribe `reason` or the `bounce-type`, and the `campaign-id`.
**Step 2: Match each address in Salesforce**
For each email, call `salesforce-get-contact` with `email`. If nothing comes back, call `salesforce-get-lead` with `email`. Addresses that match neither are out of scope; count them but do not list them.
**Step 3: Add commercial context**
For each matched contact, call `salesforce-get-opportunity` with its `account-id` and `closed` = false, and note whether the account has open opportunities.
**Step 4: Report**
Two tables, unsubscribes and bounces, each with: email, Salesforce record type, name, account or company, owner, event date, reason or bounce type, open opportunities (yes/no). Sort each by owner. Flag rows with open opportunities first. End with counts: events read, matched in Salesforce, not in Salesforce.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools named `constant-contact-*` are on the constant-contact server; tools named `salesforce-*` are on the salesforce server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `salesforce-update-contact`, `salesforce-update-lead`, `salesforce-add-task`, `constant-contact-update-contact` or any other add or update tool. An unsubscribe is a consent signal; do not try to change it.
**Validation:**
* Compare email addresses case-insensitively and ignore surrounding spaces.
* If there are no unsubscribes or bounces in the window, say so and stop.
* If a bounce type looks temporary (a soft or mailbox-full bounce), label it as such rather than calling the address bad.Who it's for
